There is a guy in India who gave away his business and out of his home is bringing homeless people in for baths and cooks food and takes it to the homeless and if they can't feed themselves helps them eat. He and his family do this daily. He said in an interview that the poor need help so now after he gave away his business he baths and feeds the homeless. He wants to help these people feel better about themselves. Now that's awesome.

If I got rich I would use it to make a charity with a bank. Pretty much, it would be built where there are the most poor. People would donate money to the charity, where it would be stored in the bank with all time guards. If a poor person was spotted, the staff would happily run over and insist for the poor person to come into a bank with a giant waiting room with very conferable chairs and couches. They would retrieve some money and give it to the poor person. Any money that was refused by the poor, donated directly to the charity not the bank, or any other extra money, would be split evenly to pay the staff.
