Thank you for confirming this. I will be stopping at 140, especially as they have just released the Dalek build today, this was my incentive to definitely not carry on with Titanic lol
Well, if this means your Titanic series would be extended as well I am super happy and really hope it will come to you over in the UK as well. I myself wouldn't be able to do it (gotta draw the line somewhere 😅😅) but I would so love to see you build it and would enjoy it vicariously 😊
Interesting - I did not know anything about this Scott. Not sure I will do the extension though. I do wish to make some improvements to the TT we have been building. Especially the decking steps in various parts of the ship. The current deck stairs / steps are awful in terms of detail.
It's a pity Hachette didn't make a 1/200 scale of the SS Nomadic to go with the Titanic build, I'm thinking of pulling out of having the bigger engine more due to the lack of space & I don't really have much use for it, but a model of SS Nomadic with a smoking funnel & working lights would definitely have kept me subscribing after the Titanic.. A section of Southampton docks with textured ground & buildings to recreate the famous/well known scene would have been a pretty cool addition 🚢
Hi Scott just wondering if you are doing more titanic stories because haven't heard anything for a while and I'm missing parts from issues 1,9 and 13 can you suggest where I can reorder back isues if possible? Thank you.
I bet, when you're near to the end of the engine build, they will offer an extension to that by inviting you to build a 1:72 scale RMS TITANIC SHIP for the engine you have just built to go in. 😂😂
Not a great extension in my opinion. As someone in the FB group pointed out, if it was a scale model of Nomadic or Traffic then I may consider keeping going with the subscription. We already have an engine after all. All in all the kit was disappointing- for the money it should be so much better and more detailed. After looking at other people's titanic models such as modelboatguy or Midwest model shop, this is childs play. It is easy to put together though, ill give them that. And it can be modified to look as good as other models, if you're prepared to pay through the nose AGAIN for add-ons and mods!

Scott thank you for the information, I hope we all get the chance to build the extension.

Do they include the iceberg from issue 191..?? 😅
It also got confirmed in Australia, I'll be building it, will be a nice companion piece to the Titanic.
@@bigmocollectibles1995 wait it did I'm doing the titanic in Australia
@@DeanKennedy805 yes my newsagent showed me the extension letter from Hachette. We still have a bit to go over here, really enjoying the build though.

Would be nice to have it in the UK. I’m printing a roughly 1:37 version of the engine and she is huge. She runs too
Hi I just wonder if you be doing a video on that my dad just finished building this titanic
@ I didn’t think about, but I might do something when it is complete. Progress has been exceptionally slow lately.
You got a lot of magazines to do:)

@@PennysPitstop yep, now wouldn't that be something to be able to build. 1:72 scale RMS Titanic model, but where would you put it?
@cornwallkev201 if they made a 72 scale titanic I'd buy a new house just for it
❤❤👍👍😊😊
Is this happening to only hachette or is agora doing this too?
@@gamingwithjacobi8757 I don't know

What an odd scale! Very nice model, though.
