I love Shaelin's videos, but there is a problem. I usually get caught up on one point and think about how it relates to my current project and then miss the next two or three points she makes. Then I have to watch the video over to make sure I didn't miss something else good. Thanks goodness she has summary slides at the end.

In third-person omnipresent is it; "says and asks" or still said and asked? Would the "d" cause past tense? Maybe a mini-topic for the future?
It depends on which tense you use, third person omniscient can be written in either past or present tense, though usually it's done in past tense.
