It was a very long time to be that upset for, and it was a very special moment too for the wife. Yes he’s allowed to be upset but it’s just uncomfortable to watch, its not her fault she didn’t mean to, and as grown ass adults it’s time to move on after a while, not beat her up about it. As people we have to control our emotions and be aware of what others feel as well, she obviously felt bad and he just wouldn’t let it go.
