For 600K you can’t pick out your cabinets color, the wall color, etc... wow!! Smh!! Where is the privacy from nosy neighbors? Why are homes are built so close to each other? You can tell that the builder is money hungry and don’t care about is customers quality of life! Do the builder even care? Sad times in America. The America dream is dead for first time homebuyers in California. I don’t want my neighbors look into my house with a $600,000 home price tag, where is the privacy from nosy neighbors or loud barking dogs. Unbelievable, that’s how close your neighbors house is to your home. Shame on Meritage Homes.
