Nothing gets me quite as hyped and emotional as watching a new player see these trailers for the first time. Especially Heavensward after ARR's ending. If I could experience one story for the first time all over again it would be FFXIV without a single doubt
I was not at all prepared for how epic the flow from ARR to the trailer into Ishgard welcome party... probably the greatest moment I will ever have in gaming 🙏
Another reason why I love this game! From sprouts to seasoned players, the tradition of passing down wholesome in-game acts always restores my faith in the gamer community. "It was done for me, and now it's my turn to pay it forward to new players."
I also love guiding new players through runs too. Like the Stormblood 24-man raids, the last of which is still my favorite 24-man. I still remember one run where about half of us were new to the run, while the other half (which included me) were "veterans" who were very familiar with the run. We veterans kept quiet about how to do the run so that the newbies could experience it as "blind" as possible, and when we got to the third boss we wiped several times since the newbies were having trouble figuring out how to handle the boss and were clearly starting to feel bad, at which point I told them not to worry about it and that the boss in question is pretty much the hardest boss in the raid, and I was quickly backed up by the other "veterans", and we then walked them through how to handle the boss and cleared the fight on the very next attempt. And then before the final boss I remarked that the next boss wasn't as bad, and that there was one hectic part of the fight, but I did not elaborate any further. We wiped once (due to that exact "hectic" part of the fight killing too many people for us to complete the DPS/Heal check that followed), but we cleared the fight on the very next attempt. Lately I've also been running stuff as a Sage pretty often after being primarily a DPS player (though my main Job as DPS is RDM, so I can still act as a sort of "safety net" if things start to go south), and if I notice new players to the run, I'll keep an eye on them and try to help them survive, and failing that, get them back on their feet ASAP as long as there aren't more important targets to revive/heal at that exact moment. After all, we were all newbies once, so I'm happy to lend newbies a hand myself since I was once in the same position and relying on others to lend me a hand once before. As one of the lyrics for Answers goes: *"Look to those who walked before, to lead those who walk after."* :)

I remember being recommended to watch your stream by a fellow member of Grinding Gear’s discord, as many in that community like find and support streamers getting into the 14 space. You were laying out your plans to go from zero to dawntrail in 30 days. Even though I didn’t say it at the time, I knew what would really happen was you either burning out quick and quitting or severely slowing down. I was happy to watch your ARR experience because most streamers skip out on that, and I stuck around when I saw your love for the game grow so quick that you gladly changed your plans about rushing to current content too quickly. I look forward to your time in the frigid lands of Ishgard. And may you ever walk in the light of the Crystal

I really liked Heavensward. FFXIV was the first proper mmorpg that I've sunk hours into, started it during the Covid lockdowns. I enjoyed ARR, but Heavensward was much better I think. I hope you'll enjoy it too.
Awesome video Redzy!!! I was lucky enough to go to the Eorzean Symphony concert in London last year and they played the music from the Heavensward trailer, which was awesome and epic. The concert was so good and will always remember it. Soken is a genius!!! Once you’ve finished Endwalker I would recommend getting the Eorzean Symphony: Final Fantasy XIV Orchestral Album Vol 3 blu-ray. Welcome to Heavenward!!! I started as lancer/dragoon.. Heavensward has made a permanent mark on me. From meeting Estianian and him trying to kill me at first to him being an ever welcome part of Heavensward and a respectful rival. I will forever love this chapter of ff14.. and its amazing ost
I was waiting for this vid for long time , as i told you before the heavenwards expansion set the game into new horizons which you will enjoy for the moment , two things btw , the final fantasy franchise one of the best when come into the music ff7 final boss music is epic and well known second thing the way ppl salute you thats was so amazing, you got a lot of ppl beside me who for sure see that you have the best face reaction ever on gaming 😁😍😍 cont pls and we will see more of you all the way 😇
Welcome to Ishgard. I actually played heavensward twice and noticed that there is a difference in NPC dialog during the MSQ depending on whether you have the Dragoon job quests finished or not. (Does this information count as a spoiler?)

Not a spoiler - the community let me know about that and so I levelled a DRG to 50 before patch 2.5 onwards and have been getting the extra dialogue 😁 Only a spoiler if you tell me what the extra stuff actually is! I think its so cool when you notice them, makes the game feel a lot more reactive and aware of your deeds.
@@RedzyTV then I guess they told you that in the Stormbringers expansion the MSQ has extra dialog if you complete certain side quests before continuing the MSQ.

Heavensward is where FFXIV really takes off. The next one, Stormblood, is a bit of a step down... but every second is worth it in Shadowbringers.
