How do you like Panax Ginseng?
I prefer. :) I use Refincsi and Dr.*Chen also.
It helps me think more clearly. It also helps relieve me when I feel stressed or worried.
Awesome! :)
Which brand?
I take 1.000 mg for about 3 months now and I love it!! It’s great for memory and general mood!
panax ginseng is a miracle for nicotine withdrawal it nearly completely removes the irritability aspect of withdrawal, and actually feels very similar to nicotine itself, just my experience though
Thanks for sharing :)
Awesome! I’ll have to try it myself!
Hoping it'll help with amphetamine withdrawal. Abused my Dexedrine prescription, been off of it for months now and while I do feel better I still feel pretty shit. Nicotine felt like more brief and mild amphetamine rush whenever I'd vape a substantial amount. Especially off of my friends mod that hit like a truck. If Ginseng feels similar to Nicotine it could be a good amphetamine substitute as well. I've been lookin for some sort of mild stimulant to get me going other than caffeine, because caffeine just makes me feel stressed and scattered with a slight potential increase in creativity, unlike nicotine and amphetamine which actually seem to increase my overall awareness and make everything feel clearer, while also providing euphoria.
@@DonKynos my freind on amphetemine prescription has been swapping and experimenting with stimulants to find the best one to help him have the best day. He loved ciggies now he knows it makes him ill. It seems its goin to be a lifelong experiment for him to find the best way of living.
@@DonKynos Small doses of kratom can provide energy. It isn't an opiate, but stimulates the opiate receptors. It can be abused and make you sick, so only for people with some self control. If you can keep from getting hooked, it may be what you need for a couple weeks. Taper off. Cheers.
I love it, helps me focus, reduces ADHD like symptoms, improves mood and overall cognition. Lovely smooth energy
How long have you been taking it?
Very informative and no nonsense way of explaining your experience and opinion. Thank you. 😃
Glad it was helpful! :)
U AINT SUP[POSED TO TAKE IT REGULARLY EVEN CHINESE KNO THIS SUPPOSDED TO B TAKEN LIK ADDAERA;L
I always felt very sluggish, I started to cut out sugary energy drinks that give me a crash a few hours later.. I started to take gingseng (thinking it was not going to do much) boy was I wrong. I feel more ‘alive’. GIVE IT A SHOT
Awesome!
Hey man
Did you take the supplements tablets or the herb itself
I tried the capsules that look white and didn't feel anything. i remember from my childhood in Asia that ginseng came in red slices. so i looked for authentic asian version and found Korean Red Ginseng. I took it the first time and it worked. I am on my second day and I can feel my blood flowing, I don't feel tired, my normally cold limbs feel warm. I feel elated like I have the energy and stamina to pursue my dreams again. it is incredible.
How did it go later? Did you keep taking it or do you cycle it?
Where did you find it?
I could not resist & decided to try, & yes it most definately makes ya more calm not like sedated but no so negative depressed kindoff way, yes i appreciate the workings of this kind of medicin. Trying to seek help from the care wards in Sweden is almost impossible due to this silly Covid affliction....
I and my team can help you out. Send me an email to greg@yourinception.com. P.s. I'm just sitting in a coffee shop in Stockholm :D
I noticed coffee gave me intense anxiety, by enhancing my awareness of my surrounding environment, preventing me from being concentrated on any task. When I tried ginseng, it was the total oposite. It is the best supplement I have ever tried.
Bro legit I just got some ginseng I used to do ecstasy a few years back and I swear I almost feel like I'm on Ecstasy with this stuff but like in a healthy way
Hehe good to hear that! :D
It good stuff been taking it for years wit my tea in am
2:50 me after reading dark psychology
:)
In my 60s Extract in coffee energy level up 25% three months now.
Does drinking ginseng everyday improve the quality of your skin as well? And is it true that you can’t take it for more than a month continuously?
I don't know about your skin, but you can take it longer of course :)
I'm a pretty healthy 17-year-old boy with ADD and Panax Ginseng has definitely helped me with concentrating, fatigue, and all the other benefits, but I worry about how much I should take. I have a bottle of 200mg capsules containing 20% ginsenosides and the bottle says to take two pills, twice each day.
Is that too much? Will it affect me negatively in any way? Will my testosterone be all messed up or something?
Hi buddy, send me an email to greg@yourinception.com and we'll discuss it :)
Thanks a lot , what about stacking panax with maca and ashwaganda ?
My experience with panax ginseng is that I noticed changes in terms of mood, cognitive improvement, etc. But, there was a problem. There was an elevation in the liver enzymes. I was asked by the doctor to stop immediately. According to the doctor it's a common side effect. I feel that there's inadequate information/disclosure on liver toxcity being the side effect of taking panax ginseng or any of the nootropics out there.
Thanks for sharing, I'll have a look! :)
@@yourinception did you follow up on this statement?
were you drinking alot? or taking other medication, or maybee too much. it's supposed to be liver proctetive
@@danielxbox28 I don't drink. No other medication.
Its good for Liver health too..
Might be ur supplement contain something others substance...
is taking too many natural herbs and compounds bad for you ? Does it damage your kidneys if you invest too many antioxidants? For example I want to take this with my teas i take in the morning such as tumeric and ginger then at bed I take chamomile
Well, I would do my research what do I need and which to take. And on top of that, follow the recommended dosages. Try out some of the nootropics, see which work for you and which do not.
Love how he said he didn’t wanna promote it. Good stuff
:)
What do you mean by short term effects? Does it not remain long term by consuming it consistently?
With long term usage, some benefits will appear that would not appear with short term usage. But if you stop taking it, slowly the effects will go away.
It's an adaptogen in short terms it guides your body, instead of doing the work for your body. I have not lost any benefits after taking, but I've taken it for years, I believe it teaches your body, and if your body remembers it sticks
Evening please help me to understand how to use panax giseng Extract Oral Liquid, do I consume the whole bottle or do I mix with water please assist just bought it today
Mix with water a couple of drops. Not sure the exact dosage - pls check the label. Usually, 10 drops = 4500 mg. So 1-2 drops should be enough :)
Is there any nootropics that give long lasting energy? Something that would be good for night shift workers instead of coffee and energy drinks.
Absolutely :) Send me an email to greg@yourinception.com and I will send you a few things... :)
When it is best time in the day to have ginseng?
Whenever you take it its fine, but I prefer to take it in the morning :)
You said it interacts with coffee, is that in a negative way?
Not really in this case...
What dosage should a new user take?
200 mg :)
Can the body become adapted to ginseng on long term use to an extent that it stops working?
We don't know, that's why its great to cycle it :)
at 2:00 you said the extract is 10 : 1 , do you mean root to leaf ratio / pure ginsenoside extract to plant ratio ?
Pure ginsenoside extract to plant ratio :)
@@yourinception so i actually looked into this before your reply, and basically, the ratio is meant to mean how much whole raw plant material has been processed to reach the refined amount , so in your case it would be they have processed 10kg to make 1kg of refined ginseng. (10:1) but even this is just marketing BS as it's very unscientific and misleading for lots of reasons that i won't go into. no-one should base their purchase of these ratio's.
the useful info i have found to use ginseng for cognitive perposes ; the active part is the ginsenosides and that's what you should base your purchase on.
lots of the studies I've seen use a standardized extract which is 4% ginsenosides (G115), and the best effects came from a dose range of 200 to 400 mg of ginseng, so for example 400mg at 4% is 16mg of ginsenosides.
final comment: lots of the products I've looked at have way higher ginsenoside doses than this. again be aware that different doses have different effects or at least the research on improving the cognition of healthy young people is done in the dose range of 200 - 400mg at 4% ginsenosides
20%? I just bought some PGE from botany and it supposedly has 80% ginsenosides.
That sounds a lot! :D
I have taken this Ginseng + Gingbiloba for energy boosting but i was having peripherial blood circulation which lead me to have cold feet and cold hands after 1week and 2days of taking it i start notice different in my concentration heart beat i havent seen any problem so far i was having mid ED. Everday when i took them it give me a vibe sexually and my libido rises. but i dont know if it cures after several uses or just short term solution but my stress going away and my weak perfomamnce ,axiety start to dissapear after taking it.. am bout to go with it to 3months and see the result.
Thanks for sharing. Keep me posted :)
What was the result?
DTS Therapy is the best out there. It comes from Japan.

Panax ginseng and red korean ginseng is same thing????
Yes pretty much :)
Hi sir,how many capsule taken per day.?
It depends from the supplement you're taking. 200-400 mg per day is good starting point :)
Does it change the blood pressure
It normalizes it :)
Has anyone tried it while on antidepressants?
You should consult your doctor first!
@@yourinception yeah, like they know the answer! My psychiatrist did not even hear about ginseng!
And there is no functional medicine in Europe!
Is it more potent than ashwagandha?
They are both great, but one might work better than the other. But it depends from a person to a person.
I feel as if ginseng is slightly more potent than ashwagandha. More energizing where as aswagandha is more sedating.
I take both but I think ginseng more potent
How long does it take to take effect after first dose?
It depends from a person to person :)
are you still taking it? If not, why not?
I do, and I love it :)
Does it work for Erectile Dysfunction 👀
Yesssssssssssss!
But you need to take it every single day for 12 weeks to see a noticeable change down there.
Some people r experts says it's distrub sleeping routine ??
Yes, high doses have been linked to that. Just don't take it in the afternoon and you should be fine :)

Hard to say what would work for you. Maybe Bacopa Monnieri, Alpha GPC, Lion's Mane.. these are great.
Does it increase estrogen?
It may! :)
Does ginseng have any well known side effects? Can it interfere with sleep if taken too close to bed?
It's just the opposite - it may improve your sleep quality :)
In fact ginseng can cause insomnia, don't use it late in the evening, better at morning...
@@yourinception I’ve been sleeping like a baby since using ginseng.
I eat raw straight out of the ground. It gives me endurance and focus. It's an upper, so only eat it in the morning

How long can we take it.
It shouldn't have any long-term side effects, so no problem with that. But do cycle it every few days / weeks...
@@yourinception what do you mean by cycle? Im new to supplements
@@owenmcguirk4167 It means to take it for a few weeks, then get off of it for a few weeks, and then use it again!
After 2-3 months of using, give 2-3 week gap than again use it for 2-3 months but with moderate doses 🙂
Nootropics depot sells research chemicals as well, that's a big hard pass for me and many people who like natural and organic supplements. Zero faith and trust in companies who sell research chemicals.
What do you think about normotim?
What are research chemicals?
@@yourinception products that are NOT intended for human consumption but for research purposes ONLY and used on lab rats rodents.
@@LeroyErickson11 never used it, seems to me but the information it's probably over hyped and doesn't have the research backing it . From what I see from reading on it that taking taurine supplement will do the same but with more benefits across the board and with no side effects.

I like Panax Ginseng but it makes me jittery and a bit hyper. Anyone experienced the same thing ?
Any suggestion what other suppliment should I use with it to get rid of this nervousness and jittery feeling ?
Combine it with Rhodiola. Or take a lower dosage?
@@yourinception
Thanks. Will try Rhodiola with it first.
Hard to find lower dose of it from my local chemist
L-Theanine help me with physical anxieties, including feeling a little jittery from ADHD stimulants and L-Tyrosine. I take 2x 200mg L-theanine 1-3x daily and I haven't noticed any negative side effects. I will caution though... avoid all supplements from Horbäach (silver label on Amazon). I've gotten a severe rash from their L-theanine, and their Zinc did absolutely nothing and I had a relapse for what I take Zinc for after switching to that brand.
@@asinsodojrndo your adhd supplements work? Which one do you take? I struggle with that problem :(
I was taking korean ginseng and it actually really helped me with erection quality but I notice every time I take it, I get really puffy nipples. Any reason why this might be? Any recommendations on how to stop it? I have always struggled with my erection quality since taking a DHT blocker (beta sitosterol in my younger 20s)
Hm, that's weird. Maybe you should try St. John's wort or smth like that instead?
