There's a TON of value in these videos.
A few of the biggest things that stand out to me are:
• Don't charge based on hour/project, instead charge by the value you bring. (I also grew up with the mindset that you exchange time for money).
• You can offer an ongoing monthly service (eg: maintenance) to your current clients, to increase your monthly recurring revenue.
• Find the people who see the value in your work, are willing to pay premium prices to save themselves time, and are ready to buy.
There's so much value in here, I could continue for a while haha.
