Hey, it actually does exist on dvd as the “Rock the Dragon” set by Funimation. Obviously the quality isn’t the same as here in my video, but it’s certainly watchable and worth a look for any DBZ Ocean dub fan. 😀
Vagetas voice should have always been this nothing compares honestly the emoción the fear the very sound of his voice made that had no price. Always sent shivers down the spine

So hypothetically…if I were searching for a full 4k remaster of the ocean dub series and 3 movies unofficially, and I was willing to exchange something that we both agreed were of a fair trade, is there a direction you could point me to? Hypothetically, of course…😇 This remaster is INCREDIBLE, and I know it wasn’t easy to accomplish.

This is the version of Vegeta I heard when first watching DBZ so was confused when it changed in the Frieza saga...but that explains it different dubs...
Genuine questions why are there two different dubs? And why is one called Ocean?
First dub is by Ocean group in Canada, hence it's called the Ocean dub. FUNimation was paying Ocean to dub it for them. Then FUNimation figured it be cheaper to dub it themselves inhouse, so they started doing that mid Frieza saga with different actors and music.
Wow, great quality! But I think the backgrounds could be a little better
I think the YT compression downgrades the quality there a bit, but overall it can't really be much better. Unfortunately, the backgrounds were drawn that way originally, with very little detail. Only way of improving it would be to redraw them myself from scratch.
