There's an Insane Secret In The Pantry of This Virginia Kitchen I Incredible Kitchens I HB

- In our fourth installment of Incredible Kitchens, join host Carisha Swanson as she explores this dream of a kitchen, designed by Donald Lococo of Donald Lococo Architects. Lococo met the home's traditional Tudor style halfway and modernized it, while still accentuating its original charms. Tall ceilings in the kitchen meet with sleek open steel shelving. Crisp white walls and countertops keep the space bright and airy, while a 60-inch range oven shows us that, modern or not, this kitchen means business. A secret pantry, beer fridge, and bomb shelter-turned wine cellar make this kitchen truly unforgettable.

Just found this channel, yay!!
that iron piece on the island although esthetically tune in with the design, it is not functioning quite well as it take up the island space. If im the designer, I will make it kinda float, hanging from the ceiling. That way, you will not lose the space.
The host brings a bubbly and fresh spirit to the show. I like her.
The iron shelving it's a no no. The rest its just everything. This is a dream kitchen. Wow.
Unbelievable! When he opened what I thought would be a small pantry door I literally gasps! the laundry and small butler's pantry is BEAUTIFUL and such an amazing surprise!
Love this presenter! She is so joyful and engaging, but equally a great listener.
you both should have a 22 min weekly series together...so wonderfully matched.
Wow! I love this channel!! Great host, and the architect is so amiable, communicative and welcoming. As for his work, the kitchen and pantry, yes please they are beautiful!!!
Kuddos House Beautiful for featuring a unique architecture and a super fun hostess. Much too often presenters want to be at the centre of the story but she cleverly left it for the end of the piece. And.. yay that you have a woman of color as well! J'adore!
Loved the walk-in pantry. Loved the host. She does a great job in letting the architect speak and her personality is so wonderful.
Love the pantry idea of stepping up & making a hidden LAUNDRY ROOM part of his hidden pantry! Marvelous idea there! We’re deciding on both a pantry and laundry too but never thought of putting them together ! And who doesn’t love a hidden door (or two). This way I can build BEHIND the kitchen leading to a dining room! ❤ excited.
Love it sooooo much.
I’m really starting to love the black and white contrast.
Such a great use of space, the windows, and glass.
Wow, they both have such an amazing chemistry and the lady is so charming!!
👄AWESOME! CREATIVE Architectural
Interior Design yet functional. I 💜the
liquor pantry closet.🤗
That's our favorite too!
Absolutely stunning
The iron shelving on the island does not seem practical, especially for a person who cooks daily.
Darrell - I sort of like it however, think it would look better if it just was suspended from the ceiling and go midway down. That way your sight line would not be blocked by the steel pipes.
Do you think the owners cook in that kitchen? Those people are loaded and probably have staff that does it.
Incredible incredible incredible kitchen. Looks like an awesome home....can v see the rest o this home.
Fantastic design!
Stunning!
Thank you! 😊
It is beautiful time to watch! Glad that so many people have inspired themselves through their kitchens and also they have opened the way to inspire the rest of us.:) Thanks for the good job with the video too!
My dream house open, clean, and bring the outside in. I love it 🥰 ❤️
Wowww beautiful kitchen!!! 😍
Lol I think I just found my dream house like wow that secret pantry was amazing and the kitchen is just breathtaking. I would love to see how all the parts of the house connect like w the garden and master bedroom looking into the kitchen
The counter shelving should have been suspended from the ceiling to preserve counterspace.
I like the design of the house however, I do not like that the floors have different levels.
Awesome ! Definitely I save it in my dream homes section.
Congrats.
Though I love that iron piece over the island it feels obtrusive and unnecessary the airy feeling is gone.
I love it!
I love the idea, of the open shelves, however, the actual use, not so much. The open glass shelves will require constant cleaning, and the dishes and glasses will need cleaning too. On the other side, I loved the messy kitchen/scullery and the other spaces for beverages. Beautiful finishes, too.
@@marcirobins5144 Not really I have open shelves
Fabulous!
Why put the dishwasher tucked away in a separate room? I'd be so annoyed moving the dirty dishes from the kitchen, through the pantry doors, then through another doorway just to get into the skullery where the dishwasher sits.
GREAT Segment!☺
So good
Beautiful...but would have to include the maid to keep it clean and dust free. Plus not wowed by the iron posts on the counter deck...wouldn't want to clean around that either. Maybe nothing gets spilled in this kitchen?!
More please! Although I don't particularly like this kitchen, it is more important that the owner like it. But the host really need to extend her responses. "Right", "yeah, "ok", "sure" makes it seems the designer/architect explaination are too boring for her
My thoughts exactly!
I like hearing the thoughts of the designer without the host overpowering the conversation. I guess some people need to nitpick about nothing.
The scullery was too narrow for two people to be there comfortably, and the dishes in the kitchen are in an inconvenient places to reach.
Does anybody know who filmed it? interested in contacting him/her
His name is Nicolas Lockerman! www.niclockerman.com/
Incredible? No duh. We poor people have the extravagant choices.
Yeah, I`ll take the "kitchen"...thanks...no, I don`t need any other rooms :))
Deal!
With all the money . I thought he could afford flush base . Lol nice kitchen tho
It’s architecturally beautiful but not very functional. Having your dishwasher in the pantry away from the main kitchen is not very practical. Everyday cooking would be tedious. It’s all for show and no go for me.
I have a bad lower back and that drawer with spices will kill my back for sure. Instead, a tall skinny spice drawer next to the microwave, oven or fridge side walls, reachable standing still would be much better, without bending over and over to reach them.... But again, this type we of videos of are a show case and not suitable for medium class nor disabled or elderly.
Shelves NOT functional. How do I wash dishes and then stack them with any ease? Form v. Function: Grade F!
I would be tired walking thru different areas for different needs thou ... not my kind of kitchen
Obviously the designer / architect does not cook !
This kitchen is not necessary. Everytime she talked about function he talked about design. This one was a no
I'm soooooo annoyed by her laughter just because it's every 10 seconds think it's way too much...
WOW, WOMAN, DO YOU HAVE TO BE SUCH A SIP? BOUNCING BABBLE HEAD, TO WHATEVER HE SAYS!
CONTINUING SAYING, "RIGHT, RIGHT"
