He changed Bayern Munich first squad old experienced players to the youngsters beeng under unbelievable insane pressure from press, management, his players, fans. After every game he was asked why Robben, Ribery not playing all 90 minut, they ready to prolong contracts another 1-2 years, who is Gnabry why always Coman on th e pitch, why Rafa and Javi sit on the bench, why Kimmich in the middle he should be right back, why Muller is playing less who is James Rodriges, why James playing less he has biggest fanbase, why Hummels and Boateng rotating why Zule is playng more, why Coutinho playing less, what you going to do with Davies he should be winger, who is Goreztka, Kovac out and etc... that was insane and disrepectful and all problems that Kovac had was inevitable from the start (of course he did some personal mistakes and sometimes tactic for several game was not ideal for Bayern). Any way Kovac without transfers he requested he won Bundeslig and German Cup with all this changes. Bayern signed a more lot off talents before, but Kovac put new signed youngsters to the first team giving thea more time then for old ones and only he even requested from management to hire Hansi Flick for assistant ( Bayern never thought and remembered about Hansi before, they was thinking about Mourinho, Ten Haag, Nagelsman, Wenger & etc) and after his unfair quit, this Monster team won 6 tropheys in 2020. Now Bayern Munich Management is so proud about young powerfull players with talented Coach who won everything in half-season, like they did and everything was done by their plan, but Management never was thankfull to Niko Kovac. Now Monaco and Kovac brothers have like chemistry from first season, good results, same new team revoultion, hopefully Coach & team will have support from Fans and Management like they never had before.
