Chris here - I'd LOVE to see the Pirates in the postseason. Skenes and Jones would be a nasty 1-2 and that city LOVES to support the team when it's winning!
In Japan card stores showcase pictures of the actual cards in cases. You pull the slip for that card, pay for it, and they pull it out of their vault. This makes sense to me to help protect the auto's from fading.
after spending two weeks in Japan this year and visiting about 50 TCG shops in Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka I think I can confidently say that every single thing Japan card stores do is better than anything I've seen in the US

Great conversation, as always. As far as ultra high-end releases like Dynasty...I think, sure they might be popular amongst rich people, but they will never be iconic cards because they do not have the audience. It's a double edged sword IMO.
I have been into baseball cards a lot more over the past year, and even though I have 99.9% of my cards ultra modern, the 90's cards just hit different. I am young, wasnt even born then, but the designs are just so cool at some point I see myself buying a bunch. Also the only 1 or 5 I would have given was to the Fanatics doing better than Topps, I'd have given them a 1, as a collector I cant name a single thing that is now better with the Fanatics take over, but I can list things longer than this whole paragraph of things they have screwed up, starting in 2022 with some of my favorite releases. Sure there was a Fanatics event that would have cost thousands for most people to attend, and they have marketed to more people, but how does any of that help existing collectors? Maybe investors, but not collectors.
I’m on board with dynasty. I’m collecting the best auto or auto patch for all the 2016 cubs. Basically 5 star or dynasty is topps on my list. Just minutes ago a non-rookie Jon Lester in cubs uniform went for 341.76. I know this because I bid 511.76 and was happy it only jumped $200 in the last 3 seconds. It seems like a ridiculous price for Lester but I searched all over the web and found TWO of these cards images anywhere. I wasn’t going to miss my shot at one. Now there’s another that won’t be seen for at least 20 years.
Hello Guys good questions Scott,I am an On-card Autograph Baseball card collector, the Indentation of an Autograph Card Signed by the Player touching the Card is my Favorite Cards to Collect, the 2 Cards I have in my PC,one is a Hank Aaron Five Star Ink Pen auto 5/15 BGS 9.5/10,the other is a 2024 Topps 2 Orange 5/25 Bryce Harper,Thank you for these Videos, Good Day Guys❤
Chris here - Great pair of autos!! One of my personal favorite cards in my PC is a Freeman/Aaron dual auto. I'd love to pick up another Hank Aaron on card auto at some point. Congrats on yours!!
As a 32 year old collector who has been collecting for about 4 years, I will say I have been delving into a lot of late 90's and early 2000's baseball cards. I felt even targeted with TY's Johan Santana call out. I think as people my age get more stable in life, reach new places in their careers, and have more disposable income, it wouldn't surprise me to see that time period get a couple a few more price boosts. Especially as a time period where parallels and S/N cards were so short printed.
Interesting discussion with Dynasty. I definitely fall on the side of Jeff and Chris. I just don’t think that many people are interested in relic cards . I bought my first one this past year and Its just a card that I ever feel like taking some time to stay with
I absolutely think Ohtani will pitch in the playoffs (sparingly, mind you, not just start, but in relief he will. If the Dodgers do a "bullpen game", that's the only way he would start). I've actually been talking about this on other platforms for a week. He will be the "surprise" no one thought of, and the Dodgers will win. (except against the Phillies, of course.) 😀
Based on an MLB network interview, the Dodgers don't want to have to use him on the mound in the playoffs. But if they go deep and need the innings, they won't be able to stop him.
Ohtani is an 👽......90's inserts especially MJ are on 🔥, thank cajun cardboard.....love his channel love this channel, he's got basketball sowed up, u guys and stryker got baseball ...who's got football? Guess I need to start making vids and than we can all unite for a monthly episode , avengers style
@@SpitballinCards i think WE are worrying way too much...most modern autos will be around alot longer than us..unless your displaying them on your window sill.. They'll outlast us , thats all that matters to me...sounds selfish , but oh well.. Love your guys show. Never miss it.
Will Trevor Bauer card go up if he returns to MLB, and a deep dive in iconic player's RC is a great topic."like the one Scott did with Bryce Harper" thanks for one of my favorite baseball sports card content channel.
Thanks for watching! I don't think Trevor Bauer's cards would see any significant bump, even if he comes back to MLB. Please check out the videos Chris and I have done on the Blabbin' 'Bout Slabbin' channel on players' best RC cards, we've done several including Ohtani, Soto, Judge.
Logofractor prices have been 50 65 110 These prices don’t include tax and shipping. 85% of ppl will have to pay shipping bc there only sold out of MLB flagship store. For example. 4 boxes of 2023 logofractor cost $300 to your door. worked out to be $75 a box with tax and shipping included.
I have a clock signed by Anthony Davis, the 2012 team, and around 40 other UK players. Put it up in my office and then realized that was dumb as they started fading after less than a year!
The truth about autos fading is that if you take care of the. They will last for decades and any value lost because of fading will be compensated because the card will be older. Other way to put it is would you rather have a babe Ruth faded auto 1933 or a base card in the same condition. If anything the price would certainly increase
Good point, but it depends on how faded the auto is. If it’s too bad and barely visible, I’d probably just take a really really nice base card for the same price. The issue we have now though is dealers and shop keepers leaving high printed autos in the light where they are easily replaceable. Hopefully they learn their lesson and keep them in the dark moving forward!
I have 1 Topps Dynasty, Riley Greene RPA to 10. I'm thinking about selling a tun of my collection and reinvesting in Topps Dynasty. I think its time to make the change before its too late.
I’d love Vladdy Jr to rise up and be dominant. I think he’ll improve and actually has a chance to explode. We’ll see. Edit- it’s really interesting to see his stats besides his dad’s. Good idea!
Thinking one step ahead…. If Dynasty starts to truly catch fire, then the equivalent tiers at that high-end level (Diamond Icons, Definitive Collection, Luminaries) will also need to get secondary heat as well. Do we think Dynasty will sit head and shoulders at the top of the high-end in a tier all by itself, or will it drag the other high-end sets up with it ? If the multiplier between, say, one-card high-enders like Dynasty and Luminaries got too crazy, I’d see Luminaries as a bargain potentially. Or if both got hot, I’d then check out Diamond Icons and/or Definitive.
Chris here - this question is one of the reasons i Haven't gravitated toward these sets. I just think there are too many sets of essentially the same stuff. I'll let T-pott or scott answer your question better.
I don’t think rising tides raise all ships here, there are 1,000 chrome sets and they aren’t all priced too high. I personally think they can be valuable without other sets matching. Similar to exquisite to other sets in the 2000s
I don’t know how the values will do, but if I’m going to own one card for my PC that I’ll show off forever, it’s a dynasty, five star, diamond icon or definitive with a great patch. Not a topps or bowman chrome auto.
Jeff: I just want to see ONE of those with a clean top edge! Did they use a cheese grater to cut those? ? But, you’re right, it does seem that we appreciate these more than the hobby in general, maybe they’ll never really be the IT card for him. 🤷🏻♂️
Personally I would like a revenge tour for the Brewers of postseason losses (Dbacks/Braves, Phillies, Dodgers, Yankees) to capture their first World Series, but I honestly expect Ohtani to do something spectacular instead. The NL is wide open, and it could be an excellent postseason.
I would like to see you discuss if it's better to collect topps/bowman chrome or their sapphire counterparts. It seems for every chrome product just wait a month and sapphire comes out with a much more condensed checklist of the best players. Are the base chrome cards even relevant at this point? Considering sapphire is more limited and printed on much nicer card stock and more eye appeal.
Chris here - IMO no, base chrome cards are not relevant. Not at all. Some of the parallels still are, but not money. Don;t forget, Topps Chrome Sapphire chekclist is the opposite of condensed. usually around 700 cards compared to the now bloated 300 from topps chrome. My issue with sapphire is there's too much of it. 3 Bowman chrome sapphire releases and 2 topps chrome sapphire releases every year. That's a lot of sapphire. Print runs ever expanding, even sapphire base cards aren't special at all anymore. You;re right though. It seems like every time topps releases a new set, a month later a fancier version of hte same set comes out!!!
Hey teapot how you feel about that dodger and Yankee world series never happening comment you were so confident on earlier in the month !! 🎉🎉wooo let's go SHO- TIME
Hmm I have lots of autos from ~2001 that still look great, maybe even perfect. Look at all those Pros and Prospects patch autos which are awesome and still look perfect. I would not worry about “most” or even half of new autos fading, especially in the next 30 years. Maybe they start to a little in the next 50?
If you look at the 90's/200's stuff like T-Pott does I agree with it. The old Junk has already shed it's worthless cards, while the Ultra modern hasn't yet. Ultra Modern will still have a ton of valuable cards. Every new era will have to dump bad players, bad sets, etc. before it levels off long term.
I will not pay the overpriced Dynasty rates for a card that has a 5% chance at geming. When Topps starts giving 2 cents about their quality control then I'll start. Also they are diluting the product with the print runs per player each year. Give me Luminaries all day! All are on card autos with a meaningful stat and if you lucky you can get a patch auto.
Even with Panini NT, and Flawless, Fanatics has already gutted those products by signing the QB’s to exclusives. Look at NT FOTL, Panini did their Dutch auction(which Fanatics has adopted) started at 8500 per box, went all the way to the floor(3500) Basketball will be the same way. Pretty ruthless
I'm beyond happy that Stadium Club Chrome is gone. Not every set needs to have a chrome version. I feel that it watered down the regular Stadium Club release. I like having chrome parallels as inserts in the regular Stadium Club release. I feel the same for Allen and Ginter chrome. There is no point to it. There's nothing wrong with paper releases. Another great episode guys!
Fun discussion and thumbs up for the format! Ohtani still nuclear. Scott, were your tears after Mookie's walk off today a) tears of sadness b) tears of joy or c) both?
Which 2024 ohtani card should I invest in. I think will be sought after because 1st dodgers card 1st time 50/50 1st ever playoffs and I believe he becomes the 1st dh to win mvp.
There was one guy testing how each card holders cut UV, and actually PSA slabs and PCA mags don't cut UV completely. Only Ultra Pro magnetics cut 100%. Test it, and you'll see what I mean.
Building off of the 'fecal fractor numbered to two' (🤣), maybe a fun topic to talk through are the worst parallels of the last 5-10 years? Bowman Lunar Craters def at the top of the list.
When a set is limited to only the marquee names it does not have the potential to be THE set. NT, Imac and Flawless, you can get a true rpa and have it be worth a fortune or the price of a cup of coffee at sbux. Dynasty is not and will not be configured that way.
Hmm, I get what you are saying, but I wouldn’t confuse Paninis money making habits to a “good product”. I respect Topps knowing this is an expensive product and only including household names.
Vladamir is a Hall of Famer, probably 3000 hits, 500 HRs. He needs a ring, or at least more post-season. If he keeps that weight off, he'll be in the Hall. He had a great second half.
He's on a path for sure. Let's see if he can repeat his 2024 next year or if he reverts back to his ground ball ways. He's so young - plenty of time for stat compiling and playoff heroics.
Will Sapphire base cards be in 10 years what the Refractor was in the mid-90’s? Will it become the most highly demanded parallel of all the base card parallels much like getting a refractor was over the base chrome or base paper card in the mid-90s? Full disclosure, I believe so. There can be only 1 base card that garners the attention after all the dust settles and fecal fractors lose their hype.
Do you think Topps will move away from all the sticker autos I’m seeing coming from them? I feel like Rubin said he would like to years ago but it seems the opposite has came true…they’re using them more and more like panini does.
When National Treasures is no longer a licensed product the most logical product with RPA's that are licensed it will be dynasty for basketball and football
The boxes going up is at least partly a fanatics thing dont kid yourselves. They are playing bigger games with the prices than distributors ever played
If the John Smoltz Dynasty is going for $250 right now, and keeps going up, it seems like getting a game used mlb authented jersey for $1000 is a good deal
@t-pott4504 I understand game used used jerseys aren't for everyone. If you manage to get a lot of jerseys, I can see how storage might be a problem. If you only have a few of them, you can put them in a garment bag and put it in a closet. I think a game used jersey is actually easier to display than a baseball card. You can get the jersey framed for a couple hundred and hang it on the wall, but I don't know how you would display the card. Trading jerseys isn't as easy as baseball cards though
@t-pott4504 I hear you,if you get a big collection I can see how storage might be an issue. I think a jersey is actually easier to display though, for a couple hundred, you can frame it and hang it on your wall. It doesn't seem easy to display a single card. Trading and selling cards is definitely a lot easier though. I'm not saying one is better than the other, Like both of them
You are all missing the point, the reason boxes are so high in price is the same reason eggs are overpriced, we are in an inflationary period and the value of the dollar keep going down. I listen to you gentlemen to take the burden of a crazy ass world that seems completely out of control to keep me focused that we just might make it thru this insanity. The steroid era as time passes will be forgiven and those greats will get their due, a al Bonds etc. I went all in on Jesus Luzardo and my collection is down over 85% but hey, I fell stupidly into the pitcher evil cave of death. All the best and great topics like always
it has been my experience that cards are like women, i can only afford them if they are a little flawed. I'll take the faded auto and the dark roots please
@@SpitballinCards I wish I was collecting in the late 90s and the 2000s instead of today's 20 sets of nothing. I stopped collecting in the early 90s. I think you are right about 90s etc being more collectable than today.
@@Blabbin_Bout_Slabbin It's sad they haven't, I have a video going up tomorrow before the games. I think my theory is also correct for the card world. Would love your input.
@scottiebcards2354 i havent seen them move much at all in the last 2 seasons. How much have they moved? What are counting as high end? Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but with ohtani reaching 50/50 last week, come the conclusion of the season, I don't see his card being prized much more since this is the 2nd year we made a new HR/SB Club.
I think certain modern inserts and parallels will be ok long term. Sapphire black /10 and the 2023 stars in the night insert from cosmic# stuff, only 3 parallels too. /10 /5 and super. I know cosmic is silly but metal wasn’t that cool in the 90s and look at pmg now. That being said, 90s stuff will be better long term. Modern has to be bowman chrome first and 1-2 other sets. There’s too many options making only 1-3 really worth it. Which is kinda boring. Like I have a mookie 2014 bc blue refractor and don’t need much else for him. That’s kinda boring.
@@Blabbin_Bout_Slabbin Tpot owes me a drink. He is pushing hard to draw em in to the hype model. Come hang in my lives Tpot, or larger channels and ask what people think of that expensive Topps product. I will add this to keep it simple because I'm a squirrel and my brain is all over the place. If I had to spend 5k or 10k on a single player, top 10 or 15 in the league, my releases are Bowman/Chrome/Draft, Topps Chrome, Flagship, Heritage and Topps Finest. I'm not looking at Tier 1, Dynasty, Museum Collection, or anything like that for a big auto, parallel of Ohtani, Trout, Harper, Freeman, Soto, Manny, Jram etc. Those ones he mentions about Panini In them lil deal or no deal briefcases don't sell for squat and no one wants that crap for baseball. Get out and talk with some dealers because the stuff he says just isn't sticking on my wall. It makes zero sense and is a muddy pool of water when he tried 3 times to compare Soccer, Panini, Football and Flawless baseball to brands and releases that have been a staple in the hobby since they released. I am 101% all for an opinion, just don't mislead people. Be as wrong as you want on your opinion, but let's be real here with some data on how any of that ties into key baseball releases and the price of baseball has always been smaller because it's harder to manipulate the largest and oldest collector base being baseball.
A deep dive on the best players and their best cards from each decade starting in the 60's or 70's would be cool. This would also be content for roughly 7 episodes. Either way keep up the good work fellas.
Been way longer than that since he's pitched in a game. But he has been throwing recently again. But yeah, they'd have to be sure he is really ready for game speed to throw him out there!
(That should of said numbered card per pack* not box) in my rambling rant below, it’s irrelevant though, they absolutely ruined Logofractor & by the time anyone is able to get more than a single box it’ll be Dave & Adam’s who has thousands of boxes for $150+ a box, months beyond the initial product hype so the guaranteed devastating losses make the product impossible to buy… I foresee wax prices crashing in the not so distant future… Degenerate gamblers won’t even play if there’s not even a lottery ticket’s chance of winning
Chris here - this is a huge problem. More and more boxes get produced but the number of worthwhile cards basically stays the same - all the new parallels, even if numbered are just junk. Odds of success just keep dropping and the prices just keep climbing.
Actually, yes, we were in a rush in this video. We have a time slot allotted to how long we can record per week and we were way over. I wanted to get enough questions in to make the episode worth it.
A very bad argument that has been said on this show is that autos are valuable because the player touches the card so I guess if it’s still encapsulated you still get that sensation of holding hands with your favorite players so you shouldn’t mind if autos fade 😉
The on card auto definitely adds a personal touch, and frankly I (chris here) don't even consider a sticker auto on a card to be an autographed card. But that's just me!
I don't think anyone has said that a player touching the autographed card *IS* what makes one valuable, but I sure think it helps the fan/player connection. And it definitely helps the value compared to a sticker auto.
OK video is almost done, PLEASE STOP TPOT....STOP. Every damn take was ypu comparing the following: WRONG SPORT WRONG BRAND Today outside of the lil man, you offered ZERO to todays video. Regroup, and please be better next show. I think I will do a video on this. How you compare Topps Chrome to Optic, different brand, different sport. Ehh I cant anymore with this
@@SpitballinCards It's just a bit hard, you know? There were some amazing things done in that era, but there's always an asterisk of "well these amazing things likely happened due to illegal drug use" which just kind of diminishes the achievements. I'm glad MLB cracked down on it eventually.
He may only break out if he gets out of St. Louis. They have not helped him improve at all. He is basically Joey Gallo 2.0. He has the potential and shown flashes, but I have no faith in the Cardinals coaching staff. They are ruining Jordan Walker too.
I am concerned about how st louis develops hitters. Seems like many do better once they leave lately. I’ve watched a lot of Gorman this year because of Goldschmidt, and he is just so close to good!
Say hello to the NEW JUNK WAX ERA! Fanatics is just making it worse with their BS player only products, the Now product, all the weird products with 60 parallels and 10 inserts. It’s all junk and people are not seeing it because they are swimming in it. Like you guys! I think Scott sees it the most by far but that doesn’t stop him completely from buying into it. The reason being is during this junk wax era you can still make money if you find diamonds in the rough and the market is artificially propped up from Shill Bidding gone wild especially from Chia sellers who have no criminal worries about fraud. And from the Bubble which still haven’t come down. Add the fact that you have some generational players in every sport emerging. Ohtani, Wemby, Mahomes, ect… it all just keeps the hype going. It’s going to take a while to burst this Junk Wax Bubble but eventually it’s going to pop.
I think MLB will continue to change rules and find interesting ways to break records. It’s good for baseball. I think we’re going to see more 2-3 more 50/50 players in next 10 years because of the changes to pickoff/larger bases/pitch clock. A few years ago it was the juiced baseballs.
Jeff here: Huge power and huge speed skillsets don't overlap in too many players. I can see more 30/30 guys certainly and even a few more 40/40, but I don't think we'll see too many more non-Ohtani 50/50 seasons in the next decade.
@@Blabbin_Bout_Slabbin I think Witt, Acuna, Julio, and Gunnar are current young players that have power to get close. The question isn’t about the 50 bags, I think we’re gonna see 5-10+ players a year do that. It’s the HRs, which I think all 4 of those young players have at least 1 season around 50. I would make a bet that at least 1 other player gets a 50/50 in the next 10 years.
@@t-pott4504 Drawing a comp to other brand, product and sport is a bit of a stretch. What would you buy with 5k, one to 3 cards all have to be rookies and an active player that has a legit shot at HOF. You can do 2, one at 5k and 1 at 10k budget and still 1 to 3 cards. Trout, Freeman, Betts, Manny, Jram, Harper. Those HOF trajectory pick 1 player 1 price point and 1 to 3 cards. Would love to hear what you would pick.
@@SpitballinCards No, not for me. I personally been buying and selling a long time and have done fine without it. Have at it is what I tell people, I don't need charts and graphs for a card. Like when you went for the Ohtani, making moves and money talks. Comps are a good starter, but so much more to a deal than the sales data on those sites. To me it never can tell the whole story of a card, a deal etc. A low comp doesn't mean down market. Could mean desperate seller, low views, sold at auction on a holiday, auction ended on a weekend at 2a.m or a Sunday at 7a.m, so many variables and all these apps and sites came outta nowhere during the c19 boom. So many forums, person to person deals, trades, card shows etc that can add to that data but no way to track any of it. Plus the walking commercial Geoff is, I have very little patience for it so Tpot is an innocent casualty 😁💥
@@SpitballinCards Its a good product if your like to analyze data and trends. If people don't like it, don't buy it! I dont understand the hate either!
What seems like you guys don’t like parallels? I love them maybe because I’m a fairly new to the hobby relative to you guys but that’s one thing I liked about Panini there parallels and inserts. If TOPPs and Bowman stuck to the regular cards I’d feel like it the same product every year with different names. As a younger hobbyist I think it makes it more fun to rip. Am not fanatically stable enough to purchase any of the higher end products so cosmic, pristine, finest are super fun to rip to me.
90s and 2000s in the next 5 - 10 years because Gen X is at peaking earning years. The demographic shift to MIllenians will reach peak earning years may shift to today's ultra modern. Forget who said people like to collect players that they can watch or have watched.
He'll be an FA next winter. Where do you think he goes? Imagine houston with Yordan and that short LF. Or Boston between Devers and Casas. Mets maybe, if Alonso leaves? Interesting discussion with Dynasty. I definitely fall on the side of Jeff and Chris. I just don’t think that many people are interested in relic cards . I bought my first one this past year and Its just a card that I ever feel like taking some time to stay with
thanks for sharing your opinion. Chris here - Just can't get behind relic cards. I'd rather just have a great image with an on card auto.
All it takes is slight hobby perception to change and the introduction of basketball, racing, football, and soccer will have a big impact.
No way he pitches in the playoffs, they've already aid that it's not happening

Logofractor prices have been
50
65
110
These prices don’t include tax and shipping. 85% of ppl will have to pay shipping bc there only sold out of MLB flagship store.
For example. 4 boxes of 2023 logofractor cost $300 to your door. worked out to be $75 a box with tax and shipping included.
It's going to happen i prayed all year for it. Dodgers vs. Yankees let's gooooooo
I'd take that faded Babe Ruth auto ALL DAY!
That one guy nailed it the whole show
I’d love Vladdy Jr to rise up and be dominant.
Hey Jeff and Chris good luck pumping and dumping the 2019 Vlad SSP
Jeff: I just want to see ONE of those with a clean top edge! Did they use a cheese grater to cut those? ?
But, you’re right, it does seem that we appreciate these more than the hobby in general, maybe they’ll never really be the IT card for him. 🤷🏻♂️
Chris here - I'll pump that card all day. I think it's the best Vlad rookie there is. Not selling the PSA 10 on my IG though. Pump yes. Dump no.
Jeff here: LOVE this idea, would be epic.
Jeff here: don’t know much about Luminaries, will have to check it out.

I agree with T Pot. Vlad is the Man.
@bamaslammasportscards panini is so useless they probably can't wipe they're own a&&
I'm beyond happy that Stadium Club Chrome is gone.

Which 2024 ohtani card should I invest in. I think will be sought after because 1st dodgers card 1st time 50/50 1st ever playoffs and I believe he becomes the 1st dh to win mvp.
As soon as I heard Tide Pod say there is a 1% chance of Yankees / Dodgers World Series. Paused the video and put a bet on that to happen
There was one guy testing how each card holders cut UV, and actually PSA slabs and PCA mags don't cut UV completely.
Only Ultra Pro magnetics cut 100%.
Test it, and you'll see what I mean.
Regarding autos, famous paintings get ‘touch’ ups. Would it be an issue if faded auto’s were ‘touched’ up/re-inked to maintain the signature?
Building off of the 'fecal fractor numbered to two' (🤣), maybe a fun topic to talk through are the worst parallels of the last 5-10 years? Bowman Lunar Craters def at the top of the list.

Speaking on the dynasty argument, are there even enough cards of each player to meet demand for them To be the go to?
Good point
When a set is limited to only the marquee names it does not have the potential to be THE set. NT, Imac and Flawless, you can get a true rpa and have it be worth a fortune or the price of a cup of coffee at sbux. Dynasty is not and will not be configured that way.
Good point, Stuey!
Interesting...
Hmm, I get what you are saying, but I wouldn’t confuse Paninis money making habits to a “good product”. I respect Topps knowing this is an expensive product and only including household names.
Everyone sleeping on Luisangel Acuna. He just came up out of nowhere. Card prices are going to blow up if they do well in the playoffs.
Thanks for watching!
That guy isn't getting 3000 hits let's be serious
3000 hits, potentially. 500 HRs… no way! He’ll be lucky to hit 400.
It sounds like another 90s inserts video is coming soon! Hopefully 🤞
Agreed. Will that draw attention to dynasty baseball??
The boxes going up is at least partly a fanatics thing dont kid yourselves. They are playing bigger games with the prices than distributors ever played
If the John Smoltz Dynasty is going for $250 right now, and keeps going up, it seems like getting a game used mlb authented jersey for $1000 is a good deal
Chris here - Id rather have the jersey i think!
Harder to store and display, but your point is well met and not wrong.
I'm not saying one is better than the other, Like both of them
@@t-pott4504 Would Geoff have any interest in a 2013 BBM rookie edition box?

I actually disagree in some way. His high end cards have really moved this year. Usually the second tier will catch up over time!

Ohtani hasn’t pitched in 4-5 months and y’all think he would be effective
Pitching is a bit harder than that
No way he dominates pitching in WS
Been way longer than that since he's pitched in a game. But he has been throwing recently again. But yeah, they'd have to be sure he is really ready for game speed to throw him out there!
As a Cardinal’s fan, the cards won’t make the playoffs until the 2030s
Would love to buh it, but can't afford lol

@@SpitballinCards Time = money, and money = cards, so time = cards!

Bobby Witt Jr......20/30, 30/30, 30/30 by 24 YRS of age.
I can certainly see more players running. More double digit steals players. But another 50/50?? I mean is anybody even close?
