I enjoyed this -- it's an important question to answer in our digital age. My thoughts: print, print, print! ...and maybe consider making your own books or zines? I think that forces a photographer to create a narrative, and add a layer of value and meaning beyond a single image's capacity. ...Much like making a feature length movie versus a 30 second video clip.

I'm definitely considering the zine route and I agree that it would force you to approach photos differently which intrigues me. Do you have experience with this? Would love to pick your brain on printing too since I've never really dabbled in it!

I've been shooting film to document my personal life for almost 2 years now and it's been such a great experience! would def encourage you to try that out! I've had some thoughts about printing my fav film photos of each year and scrap booking them as coffee table books. haven't been able to get around to it just yet but watching this vid has got me reconsidering it!

Amazing video man! Makes me want to make a video along the lines of yours. Last year at an estate sale I bought over 500 slides there. Turns out., the photographer was a medic in World War II and traveled all around Europe whilst documenting everything through the lens of his camera. Looking through the images in my slide projector is truly breath taking and some images that he took line up perfectly with images that I've taken in Europe as well. You've inspired me to find the best way to get high quality digital scans and to tell his story!
