    Hello sir, I am a physics enthusiast. In my opinion, this is just a high-voltage ionization phenomenon. The magnetic force of the magnet changes the motion state of the arc. I really don't see what's new about this. Maybe I don't understand it.

      It is in fact NEW, because our scientists only know how an axial magnetic field can make the ionized argon gas SPIN. Corbino disc.
      Here we have shown how a magnet can make the ionized argon gas be propelled through the center of a nearby ring magnet. This is not known anywhere, and not used yet for ion propulsion.

    At 4:40 you have the magnet not powered? What happens if you energize the magnet with the plasma field? last test was very interesting out in open.. what if you apply a small fan up in the tube and blow the plasma thrust out?

      It also works with an electromagnet (not shown except in the Appendices).
