Seeing how cool looking is Shiren The Wanderer 2 on GBC, it would have been hard to fit but crazy. The intro of Shiren might be one of the coolest of the whole system, and it's not even translated in english to this day.
This is a fantastic rendition of this song, my friend! If anything, the fact that this is content that you had to recycle means that I look forward to the game you are making even more- if this is something that you made before, then what kind of quality are you making now? Keep up the good work, and I would love to see more of these “Game music in other styles” videos, or even some of the game OSTs you are making now!
This arrangement rocks; strangely enough, it really reminds me of an indie GB game called Tower of Heaven, specifically the main theme from that game. The GB audio chip combined with that reverb really gives it a lonely, foreboding, but also slightly hopeful vibe. Really good stuff
Ooh, this works really well! Makes me wonder what a GB PMD game would have been like (Closest I can think of is the GBC version of Azure Dreams and/or Lufia: The Legend Returns).
Oooooh, Azure Dreams, I really love that game and it's the closest to a full-fledged PMD that one can get in the GBC... Really makes me wonder what could've been with Pokémon in it
@@lovevagrant Ye, I still need to play it. I know there's a PS1 version too, but as I have no interest in the dating sim or town building aspects, I'll probably end up playing that GBC version whenever I do get around to it. It looks cool and is really pretty for a GBC game (I say that, but I already love the GBC aesthetic. Lol).
@@Cuprite1024 Never played the PS1 version but I read out there it isn't as enjoyable as the GBC port in terms of focusing on the dungeon crawling because of the other aspects, so GBC is a very nice experience overall that I recommend (plus it still keeps some minor town-building content, so it's not completely dead on that side). Also yeah, the game is gorgeous despite the tech limitations. :)
Temporal Tower but it's two or three gens too early to have Dialga
ah yes, finally a version of Temporal Tower where there's no Porygon-Z madness...
right? *_Discharge PTSD kicks in_*
I my first playthrough of this game was as a squirtle, my pain is immeasurable.
Porygon2: Allow me to introduce myself.
Still got agility to deal with in gen 1.
I often wonder how a gen 1/2 pmd would have been like

This one gives me huge TLR vibes

Love a good Mystery Dungeon demake.
YEAH, one of my favorite tracks in the game. Keep up the hits. 🔥
Most of this song translated surprisingly well!
Man. I thought the original sounded techno, but this takes the cake. I'm groovin to this.
Love it! ❤👍
Oh man I nearly thought it was Switch online the font nearly tricked.
@@Hellworth not that I was complaining.
