Lovely video Dave, looks like great quality time with the wee un’s! Wind is crazy up there, I remember a similar night thinking I would get a bit of shelter but as you say the wind bounces from all directions! That thumb looked nasty, I hope she appreciated the hot water bottle 😂 ATB!
Another great video Dave and thanks for the shout out. Walked down the river track from about a mile further up that evening, any of the sheltered spots including the one you pointed out had been taken. Was out last night up at Dunseverick, 1st time coastal camping, had a fantastic night. Andy.
Smashing video and looks like you found a great spot. I had a nice wild camp at Ben Crom there last week, i tried one of these Tent Meals as well, the Almond Curry one, which was better than I'd thought it would be. Good to know the breakfast ones are good as well, thanks for sharing.
Great wee spot definitely Dave, cheers for the mention there I’ll tell Stephen as well but I’m pretty sure he’ll watch the video over the weekend. It was pretty windy when we done it as well, we where thinking it must just whip around them mounds, but like you say there’s plus and minus to the wind. That hand looked sore enough hopefully on the mend now. I think it’s Lewis turn the next time to make you breakfast 😂. Have a good weekend 👍
