Daredevil is a true underdog. And he's got a great set of villains. It's funny how he shares many of them with Spider-Man. I always love seeing the two team up.
Ikari is a villain worth mentioning. He is by far the most "anti-Daredevil" of all the Daredevil's rogues. But I have a soft spot the more simpler villains like the Eel. I feel the Eel should be utilized more for the simple one-shot villain that Daredevil could slap around, Leap-Frog could also be used in this manner too (instead they always use Stilt-Man for this role). The Enforcers are also alot fun as the basic hired muscle a Big Bad might employ. Wow, Daredevil has quite the rogue gallery.
I am working on several 'list' videos on a variety of different topics. But I think they will be part of my Top 5 series instead alongside my recently released videos on the 'Top 5 Iron Man Armours' and 'Top 5 Comic Book Deaths'. I hope to have new installments out each month. I find they work better (at least for me) as Top 5s. The more you narrow something down, the stronger the list becomes lol. @@samuelwilliams1619 Yeah, I really like Mr. Fear, and not just for obvious reasons. I think a guy who can make the supposed “man without fear” feel fear makes him an interesting villain for Daredevil. And I quite like his design.
@@legoarkhamiteproductions4869 True, plus Mr Fear has some very great stories that show him as big threat for Daredevil, with the best exemple being in Ed Brubaker run, where he proves to be a true master manipulator and is able to ruin Matt's personal life in a even worst way than what Kingpin did in Born Again or Mysterio did in Guardian Devil.
Nice list! I really do enjoy the Mister Fear character, but he only made it to #9 on my list. I think as the years have progressed, I just find him too similar to Scarecrow/The Phantasm from Batman. Not trying to bash him in any way - still a great villain - in some awesome DD stories no less, but I always have the other two on my mind. He's just weaker by association basically lol
Great list! I would have added the best new Daredevil villain (imo), Muse, somewhere on this list. Probably at the bottom, but still. I also like Lady Bullseye, although I might have had to leave her out of top 10.

@@samuelwilliams1619 Very understantable considering that he is more a Spider man villain than a Daredevil one and had only fought the man without fear only in occasion (well at least that is what I think), however his battle against Daredevil in " Guardian Devil" was truly a memorable one and one the hero's best stories ever.
I forgive you lol. He's only really in one major story. I had to include him though because he is my fav villain. And while 'Born Again' is probably DD's best storyline from an objective stance, I have always enjoyed 'Guardian Devil' more. I'm biased. Mysterio is in it. 10/10 haha
Great list that you made I decided to go with these 5 villains of daredevil. 5th. Nobu He first appear in the Netflix daredevil series and he was a bit of the main antagonist of season 2. He maybe a member of the Hand but he is a powerful foe to daredevil and I would like to see him appear in the comics. I found a lot of people saying that he is the shredder of the Hand and it would be cool if marvel made him the leader of the Hand in the comics. 4th. Coyote One thing that I like about this villain is his design but I do wish they make the villain a bit better then making him another Spot type villain. I think the coyote should have been a shapeshifter similar to the one from mythology and him becoming daredevil’s equivalent to that of clayface. 3rd. Stilt-Man Daredevil villains are mostly dark and gritty but stilt-man is indeed a joke villain and that is what I like about this villain. I first saw him in iron man the animated series and an Easter egg in the Netflix series. 2nd. Nuke What I like about his villain is that he is consider daredevil’s equivalent to that of bane and him having the USA flag painted in his face. I do wish that daredevil would fight him in the comics more often since he has more battles with captain America. I do hope that one day Nuke can appear in the daredevil comics and face daredevil again I mean he’s supposed to be a daredevil villain. 1st. Muse An artist serial killer who is indeed one of the newest villains to appear in the daredevil: back in black run. I wonder if he can be consider daredevil’s victor Zsasz at times, I do wish he appear in the Netflix series since he is indeed a dark character. I do wish that daredevil gets newer villains for him to fight instead of him battling other villains from another rogues gallery. I always like seeing new villains since it’s new and it’s something creative, to me it’s fun seeing a new villain at times and I do think that heroes like daredevil needs some more new villains for him to fight in his rogues gallery.

DD has a great rogues gallery. I just wish writers would focus more on the other rogues who are not Kingpin and Bullseye. Mr Hyde, Owl, Gladiator, Jester and Stiltman have potential for more good stories, if they were utilised more. If possible could you please upload an updated Flash villain list?
It would be hard to make a story focusing on other DD villains, but not have Kingpin, considering how nowadays he is one the most essential characters in Daredevil's world, with his stories dealing with the way their rivalry creates the balance in Hell's kitchen, between the law (Daredevil) and the Underworld (Kingpin). Having a Daredevil story without Kingpin would be like having a Superman run or story without Lex Luthor.

When he is not the main villain, Fisk plays a role as secondary villain or even a ally of Daredevil, giving him value information or helping him against a bigger threat, while taking advantage of the situation to gain more power. For example, Jester seeks media attention for his own pride, while Joker wants the attention of Batman. The Joker is a psychopath, while the Jester is a troll. Moon Knight is far more 'Batman-like' structurally, but Daredevil has always had that dark edge to him that I always associate with Batman. I dunno lol
Personally I think Mister Fear is far superior to Scarecrow and he deserved a higher spot on the list. Besides the fear toxin he is also a master manipulator and, in the Ed Brubaker run (my favorite Daredevil run) he was responsible for one of Daredevil's biggest loss: His wife milla donovan, who Mister Fear drugged and drove her insane, to the point she end up arrested and hospitalized in a mental institution, isolated from Matt, who couldn't do anything to free her legally nor cure the mental damages caused by Mister Fear's drug.

Like I said in the video, Daredevil is my favourite Marvel hero. I love reading his comics and Mister Fear is one of my favourite villains of is. But, and call me 'biased' or 'stubborn', but Mister Fear has always felt like a fusion of Scarecrow and The Phantasm to me. I know there have been some great stories featuring him (some I hope to review some day), and honestly, Scarecrow hasn't had many good Batman stories himself, but I do think the concept of Scarecrow at it's core is much stronger and effective than Mister Fear. I think Scarecrow works better as a foil to Batman than Mister Fear does to Daredevil - regardless of how strong their appearances may or may not have been over the years in the comics. But, that all can come down to opinion. Daredevil is my #1 favourite Marvel hero, but Batman is my #1 favourite overall...so I'm a little biased towards a lot of his villains and stories lol

I don't know. I like both, but Scarecrow can get too gimmicky a lot. I prefer his Pre-Crisis stories more than his Post-Crisis stories.

I know there have been some great stories featuring him (some I hope to review some day), and honestly, Scarecrow hasn't had many good Batman stories himself, but I do think the concept of Scarecrow at it's core is much stronger and effective than Mister Fear. I think Scarecrow works better as a foil to Batman than Mister Fear does to Daredevil - regardless of how strong their appearances may or may not have been over the years in the comics. But, that all can come down to opinion. Daredevil is my #1 favourite Marvel hero, but Batman is my #1 favourite overall...so I'm a little biased towards a lot of his villains and stories lol
