#BeeGees - Розваги
The BeeGees were one of the best things about growing up in the 70s!
And the 80s because there songs were regularly still being played
Truth!
Definitely
true that
Right
No autotune, no digital tricks or enhancements...I challenge you to find another group or band that can record an entire song with a FULL ORCHESTRA...in a single take...on one mike...and sound this good. Go ahead, I'll wait.
I'mma throw in ABBA. :-) Though I'm seriously obsessed with The Bee Gees and The Everly Brothers.
How about Electric Light Orchestra. Mr. Blue Sky, Telephone Line, or The Eagles Hotel California, Witchy Woman
@@rochelletidwell3628 Yes 'Hotel California' by the Eagles
Absolutely can’t stress this enough 👍🏽
This almost certainly mimed for the music video. It is identical to the record and you can usually tell when they are really singing (especially Robin). It's not a criticism as that is how videos are done.
Barry Gibb is as majestic as a lion, with the voice of an angel. Last one standing. I have a deep respect for the Brothers Gibb.
Me too
The brothers Gibb show how harmony singing is done. Masters.
Yesssss If you can Sanggggg it is what it is....I always say no matter the color If it’s jamming I’m listen to it all.... Aerosmith,Prince,BeeGees,Guns and Roses,Mint Condition,TonyToniTone’etc...
Barry is a nice man. He is probably going to watch this.
Barry looks like a model and the group sold so many albums. Amazing. They wrote songs for a lot of different singers. Like Prince and Lionel Richie.
Awww I sure hope so.
I pray his children and grandchildren have inherited the family gift of talent!
@@MultiLakewood super gorgeous and super sexy !
@@MultiLakewood, this one's for you and all the other Barry fans out there: ua-cam.com/video/oZ9RdE0R-Ts/v-deo.html Barry was a beautiful young man indeed.
Robin and Maurice were fraternal twins just like you guys. They are the two on the ends.
I was just about to make the same comment!
@ted ritola Might have 220M world-wide!!!
Yup, the group were all brothers
And sadly both are deceased now. 🙏🏻😞 Barry is the only surviving Brother! I was in love with Andy when I was young.....posters and all! 😁❤️
Love the Bee Gees all of them. Such great voices. Great make out music in the 70s and 80s ❤❤❤ Maurice and Robin sadly missed 😢
Some more Bee Gees bangers: "How Deep is Your Love", "You Should Be Dancing", and "More Than a Woman". You should also check out their younger brother Andy Gibb.
Andy Gibb... sighhh... 😌
He was my boyfriend. When I was 11 years old. He used to sing "I Just Want to Be Your Everything" to me ...in my room, via the 45 record, that I played incessantly, for at least a month straight. That was true damn love. ☺️
@@erinmoriarity4775 mine too.
Yes so so many great ones
I can guarantee this song was playing at 99% of 70' house parties, black, white, didn't matter, this was always on the play list!!
@@erinmoriarity4775 mine was Shaun Cassidy
You can never go wrong with the Brothers Gibb.
Check out You Should Be Dancing, Bee Gees
Indeed
These guys definatly had SOUL👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
i thought the bee gees were black the whole time. mind you im 20 and ive only ever heard their voices
Great your listening to some old school!! My son is 20 at well, and he loved it!!
Perfection! There never was & never will be a better group to harmonize together than The Bee Gees ♥️
You said it!
That is so true. ❤️
Right..The twins this time chose a great song from a great group. I love their reaction to every song..
@@tracyhaverstick5672 💯✌🏻
@@debbieturner2346 yes, love The Bee Gees 🤗
"Bee Gees got that vibe." *yes, indeed*
You 2 are too young to know how they would dance to this babe. Them couples danced so close and slow you couldn't get a feather between them and they felt like nobody else was around 😜
They don't know nothing 'bout that! 😅
@@pthesmith so true. They're still young pups 🤣🤣🤣 they'll get it one day cause you can't unhear the BEEGEES 😉
Slow dancing is a lost art now maybe they'll bring it back
Prom
I wish Barry Gibb (the one in the middle) could see your review!! Sadly his brothers (twins) have passed on. Love you guys!
I know. I hope he sees all of the love the Bee Gees are getting from the new generations after all the abuse they took in the 80's and 90's, at least in the US.
I think I read that Barry has seen the Twins react to one his/their songs. And of course was very impressed.
As did their youngest brother Andy Gibb, who was an excellent singer as well!
@@terifaye4494 andy was barry's little twin. so much alike.
@@anitabracy7533 right?
One of the most beautiful songs of all time...Those harmonies are other worldly....
ABSOLUTELY 🙋🏾♀️💗
along with how deep is your love
Totally agree - one of the most beautiful love songs ever. Brings tears to my eyes. Beautiful sounds, beautiful lyrics. Thanks for reacting - you guys are fun!
Slayed it I love me some BeeGees
Damn yall gonna start me listening to some Bee Gees today
Lol. Me too. I need to take a long car ride and this will be what I'm listening to.
My favorite song just got my cd in today I always love the bee gees
Watch the new movie about them! “How can I mend a broken heart?” On HBO. Made me cry at the end😞
Yep going tune on Spotify and relax
@@lisajaffier4986 I agree the end of the documentary when Barry said he would give up all the success to have his brothers back...heartbreaking. I grew up listening to the Bee Gees, including their brother Andy Gibb. Those were some talented brothers.
you'll love "Jive Talkin" by the BeeGees too.
❤️❤️❤️
Yes!! Absolutely one of my favorites
What about "Our Love"? don't tell me that song ain't that good.
Still listening to this in 2020, good music lives on forever! This is when music was made with real instruments and singers. The Bee Gees were amazing! Can't believe Barry us the only one left!❤
There is a multitude of children of these guys who have recorded together including Andy's daughter that was re-united with family she didn't know.
I agree. I loved them all. Unduplicatable.
Did Andy Gibb pass away too? He was their little brother.
@@sallyintucson Yes...he died when he was in his early 30s.
@@staceycheatom4427 SO young!
Great music. Their brother Andy was a great singer. Its sad only one is left. Great songwriters too.
Hurts my heart when I see Barry without his brothers.
I had crushes on Andy and Barry as a teenager, and was heartbroken when Andy died.
It is so painful to see Barry alone. Grateful for these videos
What’s crazy is he’s the oldest and all the younger brothers are gone.
Their all dead now
You guys need to hear " I Just want be your everything" from their brother Andy
I recommended this song when they listened to the Bee Gee's for the first time.
written by Barry Gibb (no surprise there)
...and Andy Gibb's "Shadow Dancing"!
Yes!
Yessss truly
I was fortunate to grow up in the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. You men have so much music to explore, you can't even imagine.
More Hall and Oates. please. She's Gone. Sara Smile.
2 greats songs
Have 2!!🙋🏾♀️
She's Gone!
@ Sabine Robinson - Also “Maneater”
My 11 year old son loves the BeeGees. He knows all their music. More than I do.
He has a mighty tuned ear. Can he sing? I'm thinking probably so.
@@charliejones7294 he loves to sing the songs but I don’t know if he has a real desire. He would need to develop his voice.
🙃🙃💗💗💗
That's funny aww
7:16 "You can't hate the Bee Gees" lol. that's cute. Truth teller.
They harmonize perfectly because they are all brothers. Not only had they sung together forever, but they have similar sounding voices.
Their 3 voices sound like one because they are brothers..amazing !
Andy’s voice also was very close and he did join the group on one of their USA tours. They wrote Andy’s music and put him out there by himself and he had 3 or 4 #1 hits as well. I believe they had at least 7
#1 hits or more at least 20 fantastic songs! The wrote for many others and were incredibly prolific. Dionne Warwick, Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, that were #1 hits. They did this all from Florida. They best Soul
Music too! Blue Eyed Soul...it is fascinating listen to Barry share about the group..you should look to meet him!!
and you must already know, Maurice and Robin was twins
They were excellent. Those voices were soooooo smooth.
I love The Bee Gees too
These are the King's Of Disco fellas. There is no singing artist on the planet like the Bee Gees, & lead singer Barry Gibb is a falsetto beast! 70sforever ❤
You can feel this songs lyrics to your core, your bones, it actually makes you tear up and wanna cry, Bee Gees were the best THE BEST❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
And of course all of us women, wanted to run our fingers through that Hair!!! Those gorgeous eyes!!!
Yes!!
You bet ♥️
I love me some Bee Gees💜
So glad you appreciate their talent.
Those harmonies are timeless perfection. Never to be surpassed.
I never tire of the Bee Gees. Been listening to them since the 1970s.
It's encouraging to see young men appreciate the Bee Gees music. Very impressed.
Anytime I hear this band now, all I can picture is The Barry Gibb Show skit on SNL with Timberlake and Fallon killing it.”Talkin’ ‘bout chest hair...talkin’ ‘bout crazy cool medallions” 😂😂😂
I was also going to mention that, now that they know the greatness of the Bee Gees. I would love to see a reaction video for that.
Me too! Every time they do a reaction to a Bee Gees song I think of that first Fallon-Timberlake Barry Gibb Talk Show and want them to see it. OH my God that was funny.
"Ya Mo Be There" by James Ingram (or "Just Once" or "One Hundred Ways" ). Or "Baby Come to Me"
I love Yah Mo B There
Just once... yes
Just Once ahh the most breaking song ever!
Yah Mo with James and Michael McDonald!!
Just Once is one of my all time faves!! I love at the end of the movie “The Last American Virgin” (a silly
T & A movie, but has a beautiful section that doesn’t match the rest) he’s driving away heart broken and Just Once is playing and it’s the perfect song for that scene. That silly movie has the best soundtrack!!
If you like the Bee Gees, you'd probably also appreciate:
**Chi-Lites, "Have You Seen Her"
**Switch, "I Call Your Name"
**DeBarge, "I Like It"
🎶 I call your name, girl 🎶
Great list. Thank you.
Yes. Rep the Bay with Switch!
Yesssss 🔥
Tevin Campbell's- can we talk
"Their teeth so perfect. It don't make SENSE!" ROFLMBO! Y'all crazy! Keep it up boys!
The Bee Gees were a once in a lifetime deal. There will never be another musical group that even comes close.
He said they out cold, esp. the dude in the middle. That's Barry, the eldest and last surviving brother. There were 4 incl. the youngest who was a solo artist (Andy) who died young. It has to be hard to see your brothers go, but he has a wonderful family (wife of over 40 yrs), kids & grandkids. If you get time, look up their life story with Barry telling it & showing how/where they grew up & his life after his last brother passed not too long ago.
Yep, so sad
@@CrazyNaturalPrincess i didn't know he has a sister
@@LG-kx8xl The Bee Gees lived in Australia when they were starting out, and their sister still lives there - Barry's remaining sibling. Also, Andy had a child in Australia as well. A daughter who still lives there and has kids of her own.
@@LG-kx8xl I didn't either
On UA-cam, look up the "Anecdotes of..." each of the brothers for a sense of their personalities & to hear their speaking voices, as well as Barry & Mo's unique laughs. I'd recommend them in this order: Maurice, Robin, & then Barry.
Bee Gees are EVERYTHING! Perfection is the best description. Barry Gibb is the GOAT! RIP to Andy, Maurice and Robin. The documentary was awesome and sad on HBOMAX.
Cool and casual , relaxed, harmony to die for, hands oh hip. Yes, Brother Gibbs. Never be another group like them.
Their song Emotions....it will make you cry. Destiny’s Child covered it back in the day.
Yes...
They did. I did not know that.
And the cover came out 9/11. Man I crieddd
The original is the one that they sang with Samantha Sang. ❤️
@@cindyknudson2715 Spent my entire life thinking that was a straight up BeeGees song. LOL She blended perfectly with them.
There's going to be a new doc on The Bee Gees on HBO in December. The lead singer, Barry, is the only one of the Gibb brothers left, including their youngest brother, who wasn't in the group but was a pop star himself, Andy. Barry, Robin and Maurice had sung together since they were little kids in the 1950s, so they could do harmonies like this practically in their sleep by the 1970s.
Saw it this weekend on HBO - it was amazing!!
Bee Gees!!! Been one of my faves for 50 plus years ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
One of the best songs they have bee gees how deep is your love is good too
"Love So Right" by the Bee Gees, one of the best....
PERFECT harmony. Miss these talented brothers together.
Love them 💜💚💛BGs 4ever 💜💙💚
You said it Tim, "You can't go wrong with the Bee Gees".....All i can say is......MUSIK MAGIK!!!!
best falsetto of all time. GOAT!
Their reaction when Barry Gibb hits a high note...priceless!!♥️
I love their “Fanny (Be Tender with My Love)”.
The Beegees are everything! Just perfection
Do “Night Fever” by The Bee Gees
Yes! Ready to do some dancing in the living room!
The twins and the Bee Gees - perfect! 💜
You young generation wonder what we were listening to back in our days..
Some of y’all were conceived on jams like this…
If you don’t know
You better ask somebody or better yet, continue listening, you’ll be surprised how beautiful and meaningful our musical era was… ❤
Listening to The Bee Gees just takes me to my Happy Place! 💕💕💕
I've never listened to this full song. Really beautiful.
All brothers...twins on either side of lead singer Barry in the middle.
My mum loves the bee gees she's bed bound after a stroke. I go down every evening. She's watched one night only concert 29 times. 😊. I'm glad you enjoyed them guys, there fantastic. 😀👍
The were the STUFF, in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s. I remember skating to this song!!!
Me too every Friday nite,. Backwards
@ted ritola that’s why I put both. I knew I’d be covered. Not that big of a deal. It was a great time!!
A great song. From the GREATEST group ever. Love them and miss them terribly everyday.
BeeGee are phenominal!!!! Loved them then and still listen to them today!!!
The most beautiful song I’ve ever heard in my entire existence ❤️❤️❤️
One of my favorite groups ever! I LUV The Bee Gees! ♥️ Glad you two have discovered them.
Y’all need to react to “How Deep is Your Love” and to their younger brother Andy’s song “Don’t Throw it All Away” or “Shadow Dancing.”
I love that song
Also Robin’s solo song “Boys Do Fall In Love”, I love it! It’s a total 80s vibe.
I Love This Song!!!
a year later, still coming to view this reaction of Too much heaven.... 🥺❤️😭
Bee Gee is a perfect group. They are pretty good.👍🎶🎵🎶🎤
The Bee Gees, The Dooby brothers, Average White Band and Casey and The Sunshine band Blue eyed soul perfection. I love the Bee Gees Barry Gibbs was fine!

💜💜 THE 🐝 GEES & THIS BEAUTIFUL 💜🎵🎵
The whole Saturday Night Fever soundtrack

RIP Maurice and Robin. Love The BeeGees! They did the opening theme of "Grease" with Frankie Valli. Should check out Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons songs "Sherry", "December 1963(Oh What A Night)" and "Big Girls Don't Cry" if you love a good falsetto like The Bee Gees.
@@brcfan9 they sang background vocals of the "Grease" theme, as well as Barry writing it. They just didn't want it to be for themselves. Bee Gees wrote a lot of songs for other artists.
When music makes you smile, it's done its job. Love it.
I loved me some Bee Gees🥰. You guys have to listen to "Love so Right" and "You Should Be Dancing". OMG if you think this song is awesome...
Awesome harmonies!
I’ve loved them since the 60s!!💖
This is real singing guys, no computers to do the work for them back then, real skills and I'm glad you guys appreciate that level of talent.
MY CHILDHOOD MISS THOSE INNOCENT DAYS....GOOD OLD MEMORIES!!!!!!
My favorite Bee Gees song!
I get so much joy from watching you two discover and appreciate all these different styles of music. Stay as sweet as you are. Much love from Canada! 🇨🇦🤗❤
Very nice guys. You continue to impress me with your musical appreciation for quality music. My favorite from the BeeGees. Blue eyed soul at it's finest. Yassss !!!
Love this reaction! Gotta love the Bee Gees and Barry's fabulous falsetto!
Love those Bee Gees! luv your reaction too!
So happy you listened to them, they are legends! Please listen to "To Love Somebody"...and "Nights on Broadway"
One of my faves by them!
I love how you young bucks put out so much diversity in your music, Love It!!!
God Bless you two ! Glad you enjoyed this beautiful song.
Love! This was the song my husband and I danced to at our wedding back in 2000. It was an old song even back then, but I’ve been a lifelong bee gees fan.. Y’all should try ‘Nights on Broadway’ next by The Bee Gees... love y’all keep it up... I like to let your videos pile up a little so I can binge watch... lol
Please do their song from 60's To Love Somebody.
Real music...no autotune, no vulgarity, no hate...just pure love.
Hair blowing back when they walk in😂😂😂 I Love IT 👍
If you like their late 70's early 80's music (which is superb, treat yourself to the BeeGees pre-disco catalogue. One of the best groups ever.
Seriously! BeeGees Gold was one of my favorite albums when I was a kid. Way more soul than disco.
Try ‘How Can You Mend a Broken Heart” 1975 version if you’d like to hear their pre-disco singing voices waaay back in the day.
If only there were singers like that today! ❤️
Bee Gee's were so amazing.. Sibling harmonies that are unforgettable and their song writing skills ... have gone through decades..
The Brothers Gibb have always been amazing. So sad that we have lost 3 of them. Now with Barry and their only Sister left it is going to be the end of an Era of the finest music from The Brothers Gibb as we all know it when Barry is called home. So sad to see the great ones of my music Era going home. But in all due time we will follow. R.I.P. to all of the greatest Singers in Music History.
It seems to me their mother is still alive. I'll have to Google to verify, but I'm pretty sure.
Nope, she passed in 2016. 😔
