Hi Everyone,
Welcome to the new coffee talk!! One of my favorite type of videos where I feel I get to hang and spend some time with you! I felt it was time for a little life update but first; how are you doing? Is everyone getting ready for Summer yet?
I am busy planning the wedding at the moment and I can't believe we are leaving already in a few weeks. We are actually still debating if our dog Katsu is coming with us to the wedding or not.
I have some other excited news for you! On May 22nd I will be releasing my new Summer Soul Sync Body Challenge! In here I created a 14 day Pilates x Strength raining program with a guided mealplan. I will talk a little more about this in one of my next videos but I am so excited for you to join and get ready for summer mentally and physically!

As a woman approaching 40, I can tell you, change is unavoidable as you pursue new experiences and grow as a person, AND so is staying yourself! It's not unusual to have phases of growth followed by rediscovering/reconnecting with aspects of yourself from before that are still important parts of you. Also, regional accents are one of the joys of speaking American English, as they say in NYC, fuhgeddaboudit!

Everyone changes, life is all about change. You’re allowed to grow and evolve, and become whoever you want to be. And if people don’t like it, those aren’t your people. I personally have loved watching you grow and evolve. A true inspiration. ❤❤❤

Hey Sanne! I am so proud of you for sharing what has been on your mind and just being transparent and kind about it. I know so many of us including me admire you so highly and look up to you. You are amazing! I am from Sweden and added in a lot of the word “like” as well kind of when I wanted to “fill in” words or when I was even thinking about how to say something. I got married last June and felt absolutely the same about my wedding dress.There was no doubt that it was the one when I initially chose it so I ordered it. However, while it was being made and through the whole fitting process I was really unsure, I scrolled for hours in search for something else and it seemed that so many dresses were better than mine.
Everything fell into place when I bought all the accessories, the fitting was complete, and I put it all together. It was definitely a Wow moment.
What I want to say that It's absolutely ok to question your choice, it's almost inevitable considering how special the wedding day is and all the different options we have now.
I would say we have to choose our dress over others not only once, but every single day until the special day comes🥰
Be true to yourself and do the things you enjoy to do. That make you who you are and we like who you are as always. ❤ I am trying the possibilities in my life too. it feels great.

Regarding changes, I changed in the past years because of negative things happening. But they make me grow personally.

Heya, I would love to see the video of when you said yes to the dress after your wedding, i think that would be very cute to see :)) And more importantly: I really like the way you are, and a part of what makes life interesting is seeing how people change and getting to meet them as their new self over and over again. so don't ever feel bad for changing it is how its supposed to be!

Oh my god what are people like?! I am Scottish and say ‘like’ all the time 😂 and people change and evolve all the time? That’s natural and positive. How sad to be the same person you have always been and never grow and learn and improve oneself. You are lovely, just be who you are and you can’t go wrong ❤

Ofcourse you change, everyone changes through life - and that's only a good thing. You live, learn, meet new people and grow. Surroundings change you, your life and your behaviour. I'm an anthropologist, and that is what different spaces, cities, buildings and sounds naturally do - it effects people and changes human behaviour. It's only interresting to see and follow your journey. 😊

People got some weird first names though! Good idea because… there’s an April out there who spells it Apryl. So you never know and it’s a sign of respect and a nice thing to ask. People love their names, love hearing their names said, etc. They’re just gonna view you as a caring person. Can’t go wrong really.
