I find it sad that family was upset about Grandma’s move but did anyone else step up to have her live with them? I am guessing they didn’t as she is now in assisted living. I so enjoy your videos. Thank you for what you did for grandma!

It is also sad that old people arę treated like children and have to put up with wishes od others. So sad she could not have stayed with you. I assume financial issues were at stake top ☹️
There's more to this story. Who helped grandma with toileting? Bobby? Haha caring for an elderly individual is 1 of the hardest job that I'm sure this family didn't realize. Probably in it for the money 💰
@@Damnrustynail why would you laugh about an elderly person needed help in the bathroom that’s so cruel. However no grandma was fully capable of bathing and using the restroom on her own. Her main reason of needing to not live alone anymore is because of her falling a few times over the winter like I mentioned in the video otherwise mentally and otherwise she was ok. And yes there is more to the story but we won’t be sharing all the details because it involves family
What you did for Bobbys grandmother was amazing. You both are wonderful people. She looked so happy to be in your home and im sure she will treasure the memories .😊

❤❤❤❤What’s tragic is the family didn’t want her gone but also didn’t want to take her in….that’s the tragic part of having grandma leave your house you guys are the ones that cared about her and the other family gave you trouble that’s 100% tragic….nobody wants to be in a nursing home everybody wants to have family around I’m so sorry that your grandma had to leave your house that was the best thing for her ❤❤❤
My grandma is 83 years old, I’m a 28 year old (man) and I will take care of her till the last day. I clean every single day and watch your videos not just for motivation, but maybe to learn a little bit along the way. Thank you❤

Good-bye Grandma. We love you here on UA-cam! Bobby is a hero in my book because HE was the one who helped clear out her house in Wisconsin and moved her to your loving home in Florida. No one else was featured so perhaps they did or did not participate. Moot point now. So glad she is happy in her new place. ❤🍑 🍑 🍑❤

Tip if interested... we through the plastic cup with the detergent residue in the washer with the clothes. Comes out clean every time
Something about Grandma Gloria touched my heart. Probably becaue in the last 2 years, i have taken in my grandson,his wife and their baby, and then my adult daughter and her two kids,another granson and granddaughter. My life is full. I am 70 and know Gloria probably fell in love with your family!! I hope she is doing well back home and pray that the family members that created all the chaos are being kind to her, showing appreciation for her return. Hopefully they are visiting her often, to let her know she matters as nuch as she mattered to all of your family. Your videos are fine,i enjoy your conversations. Keep going strong❤🤗☺🍭🍭🍭🎉🎉🎉

I loved this one. 🍑 I’m so sorry that grandma had to move back. I think the mingling of generations is so beneficial to everyone. My sister recently moved her family in with my mom and it has been so good for both. I loved seeing Bailey today. I just want to snuggle him. ❤

I admire you and your husband so much. You have big hearts and went to so much work to bring grandma down to join you. I know it’s heartbreaking to have her leave. Soon your house will be BUSY with another baby to fill your time.
my dog used to lick the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and ended up getting his collar stuck and ran off with the bottom dish rack and slung dishes EVERYWHERE lol seeing you little dog do the same thing brought back that funny/scary memory

So much work transforming one room into a different space! What a great job! I hope that Grandma Gloria enjoyed her time in Florida with her family and will settle in and enjoy her new apartment in Wisconsin. She is blessed to have all of you in her life and vice versa. Do take care and get some rest with all that you do every day!
Spenny’s Chicken/double/freezes well: 1 onion chopped, 2T butter, 1 can tomato soup, 2/3 cup beer, 1 t curry [I use 2], 1/2 t dried oregano [I use 1], salt, pepper, 3 chicken breasts, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cook onion in butter, stir in soup, beer, spices. Simmer uncovered 10 min. Arrange chicken in 9x13 pan. Pour tomato mixture over chicken. Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cut chicken into bitesize pieces. Serve sprinkled with cheese. So easy, so good. We serve over rice.

So happy to hear that you found an assisted living place for Grandma. My mom never wanted to go into a nursing home and, fortunately, she didn't have to. Unfortunately, my older sister did have to go into a nursing home as she fell constantly & could not care for herself anymore. Family decisions are hard and no one understands unless they are in that situation. Prayers that you, Bobby & the kids are doing well.
You'll all treasure the time Grandma was living with you, as she will. What annoys me is the family members who were upset that she was living with you but weren't prepared to take her in themselves.🍑

You asked about freezer meals. One of my family's favorite is enchiladas. I use rotisserie chicken and layer the tortillas instead of rolling them. It's so easy. Enchilada sauce, layer of corn tortillas, later of chicken, layer of cheese, repeat until a 9X13 is full. Freezes beautifully. On a side note, sad to see Grandma gone, but glad she's still got her independence. Did she get to keep her kitties?
She did get to keep her cats (heard this in another video)!

Love your videos! My favorite freezer meals: tamale pie, quiche with hash brown crust, chicken broccoli alfredo, and korean beef. Had a C-section four months ago! Also a friend of mine introduced me to crockpot liners. I wouldn't use them all the time, but it was so wonderful to pull a bag of food out of the freezer to pop in the slow cooker.... And then cleanup is a breeze!! Best of luck with this long awaited (and so loved!) baby.

I was getting a good laugh out of Freya bringing her stuff in herself. She was moving back into her room whether you helped her or not.
Peaches were my pregnancy craving. The unborn baby was nicknamed "Momo", which is 🍑in Japanese. She spent the 1st 4 years of life being called "Momo" or "Momohime" (Princess Peach) until we had to start using her legal name for school.
🍑 so sorry that having grandma with you didn’t work out. Family drama is so hard to deal with and so hard to understand.
