Devs want Ecko to stay with them so they just made this skin... yeah... Btw the 38% barrier seems op, but keep mind that you need use specific backup, special and heavy so i dont think this is too bad. Most of op barrier weapons are staying in those categories. When i type this comment i realise it can be TOO op. All you need to do is use eclipe set, crystal christmas set and dream warden. I dont think barrier stacks clearly, but it definitely will be more than 40% barrier
