छिलके को हल्के हल्के से कद्दू कस करके निकालते हैं फिर थोडे से तेल में छौंककर उसे लाल भूरे रंग आने तक fry करते हैं. नमक, और तिल डालकर थोडा और fry करते हैं, हल्की सी शक्कर भी उसमें अच्छी लगती है
