@@petereffendi It took about 6 hours, but i got s-rank on all missions....from all episodes..... luster makes thing easier ._.

Hm, I beat Shiva without falling once, and did not fall all the way through the mission. I also kept comrades from dying, and only got a "C" rank. I guess it was due to the timing?

@@Ag-gp7kp iirc, you need to not let anyone die, take minimal damage (some is okay, but don't push it), and finish the quest in one run. I don't think timing factors in, but could be wrong. In any case, you DON'T have to be on Hardcore to unlock the True Ending.
Just reread your comment, I think you could only get a C like that if you took lots of damage. Remember it's damage taken that matters, not how many times you die.
