you got the stereotype about police & donut in America partially correct, the reason the correlation came about is because in the 1960's,70's and 80's donut shops and petrol stations were the only businesses open 24 hours and they serve hot coffee and food all night for truck drivers, travelers and those working overnight hours so when police working night shift had a lunch break the only place to go is donut shop or buy some packaged snacks at petrol station. These are also the only businesses open for robberies late in the night so the businesses offer free coffee to police to help them stay alert in the boring night hours, but also to give police a reason to enter their shops frequently and surprise possible robbers. The police usually buy their donuts themselves, just get free coffee overnight, but this deterrent worked in America, nighttime robberies of such places is rare now. Anyway people just got used to seeing police in donut shops on the lunch breaks and other breaks because there was nowhere else to hang out or talk to anyone
This guy gets it. Especially the magic of food made by people who really know what makes it good. He's right about Koreans and kimchi, just like he's right about Americans and American donuts. He seems like a fantastic guy to vibe with.

I'm in Texas, and let me tell you; no one can compete with Round Rock donuts! It's a small shop in Round Rock, TX just outside Austin. They are world famous and SOOOO delicious!
@@laresacourville8899 Not sure I've had RR Donuts, but I am pretty close to Round Rock. When I can, I should see about heading over to them.
@@laresacourville8899 Thanks for that information. I may have to stop by Round Rock donuts next time I go to Austin. Dunkin Donuts are some of the worst donuts out there. I don't know why people even buy their donuts. They are dry and expensive.
That he assumed robbers stole bread from doughnut shops sadly says a lot about North Korea. Though sometimes I think I could steal an original glazed or two lol
XDD " So when will you give me donut? " LOL man of action. I think tomorrow I shall purchase a donut. :)
Each donut he ate, his English became better and better!👍🤣
Lol, as a retired Marine Corps veteran of 2 foreign wars i always enjoy these videos of people in Korea trying some areas of our culture, it gives me an insight into their own perspective which of course is different from ours. I have to admit, i've never been partial to sweet deserts, unless it's hot apple pie, you got to let him try that with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, to die for in my opinion. I would also like to see him try our american barbecue and get his opinion and impression of what he thinks about it. Not just one but an assortment of the different barbecue dishes from America, like ribs, brisket, etc; in beef or pork, i love both meats, lol. Well good job in your show and i look forward to seeing many more. Good wishes and long life to the people of Korea from America !!
I never felt so much joy watching people eat, I love it all thought, it is making me hungry.
Ok...I just want to say, this is so pure. Being in a country thats a prison, and to escape it, and really see the world for what it is, im in awe. Its like watching a baby take its first steps. And even before taking a bite he was willing to share. So soft spoken, but has his own swagger too lol. I loved watching this!
I love him!! More mukbangs with him!!! He is TOO funny 💛💙💜💚
You have to eat a fresh one right off the line. When you go into the store you can watch them make them and get one straight off the conveyor.
Be careful eating those donuts only take one bite of them I fell into the same trap now I weigh 300 lb
5:54 - we love you too!
This is an awesome reaction! ✌️
Krispy Kreme is basically heroine in dough form. Tastes great but your stomach regrets it really soon afterwards.
you got the stereotype about police & donut in America partially correct, the reason the correlation came about is because in the 1960's,70's and 80's donut shops and petrol stations were the only businesses open 24 hours and they serve hot coffee and food all night for truck drivers, travelers and those working overnight hours so when police working night shift had a lunch break the only place to go is donut shop or buy some packaged snacks at petrol station.
I liked how he was like, American doughnuts. Yes, I want that one. Thank you.
This guy gets it.
Especially the magic of food made by people who really know what makes it good. He's right about Koreans and kimchi, just like he's right about Americans and American donuts.
He seems like a fantastic guy to vibe with.
