Do DIT's just work in tents using these carts during post-production, or do they use any type of post-production suite?

Hello!
when i'm connecting ultrastudio monitor 3G --> sdi --> hdlink pro displayport to monitor (benq pd2700u, or other 2 monitors with dp connection) it shows no signal.
Otherwise ultrastudio monitor 3g with hdmi cable directly to same monitor working fine.. could be hdlink pro broken ? or i need special old drivers ?or displayport cables ? 1.1 or 1.2 ? i teset 4 cables, 1displayport and 3 displayport to minidp
Btw hdlink software can recognize hdlink pro i mean i can change the 3d lut and so on.
im using win 10

Hi Hyun, sorry for the delay. The probe we use is the C6 HDR from Spectracal paired with CalMAN Ultimate software.
