I routinely hire recent computer science graduates at 120k+ and certain data science fields start at 150k+ People can come out of undergrad with a BS and immediately be in the top 10%. When Kevin says certain degrees are worthless he is absolutely right, the numbers speak for themselves.
Agreed. I just graduated with a CS degree and starting at a big bay area tech company this week at about $200k total compensation including stocks and signing bonus. Obviously the average CS grad doesn't make this much, but it's very possible in the bay area/seattle/NYC.

I am a married woman of 23 years and my husband and I met when we were 20/21 and married when we were 25 (married in 1998). I just started listening to some of these podcasts and I find that we are naturally doing most of the things that KS speaks on. I am utilizing these to make some small changes where I can to be a better wife to my husband. I find that the better of a wife I am to him; he naturally reciprocates back to me. We are somewhat old fashioned with a bit of modern sprinkled in there.

A woman once left me because she was LAZY! I was in the gym. She was not although I tried to inspire her to but she just wouldn’t commit to anything health wise. I was getting educated. A woman once left me because she was LAZY! I was in the gym. She was not although I tried to inspire her to but she just wouldn’t commit to anything health wise. I was getting educated. When it comes to all these people who have gained so much weight...am I the only one who can admit that I let myself go to 378lbs because I was simply a glutton? It wasn't because of childhood trauma or depression issues...it was simply because I lacked discipline. Awareness was the first step to change, and now I'm a solid 6'3, 230lbs who boxes 3x a week.

I think that potential is grossly overlooked. I’m single no kids never been married I own 4 rental properties outright and although I don’t meet the criteria of high value.
