Hello! Calming a classroom filled with energetic pupils is a journey, but with a Montessori-inspired approach, it becomes a rewarding experience for both you and your students. Here are some activities to consider: Practical Life Exercises, Sensorial Activities, Peace Corners, Nature Exploration, Self-directed Learning. By implementing these Montessori-inspired practices, you'll create a nurturing environment where energetic pupils can thrive and discover the joy of learning at their own pace. Trust in the process, and you'll see the positive impact it has on your classroom dynamics! Remember, you can learn a lot more with us. We have short and long courses, diploma and non-diploma - something for everyone. Contact us by clicking this link: sunshineteacherstraining.id/contact/

Any suggestions for team building activities? 😊

      Sure...
Animal Parade: Have children pick their favorite animals and march around in a circle, imitating the sounds and movements of those animals. This encourages movement and cooperation.
Building Blocks Challenge: Provide building blocks or large Lego-style bricks and ask the children to work together to build a structure. This promotes teamwork and creativity.
Color Match: Spread out colorful objects or cards across the floor. Assign each child a color, and then call out colors for them to find and bring back to their designated area.
Parachute Play: Use a small play parachute or a large sheet to play games like "popcorn," where children shake the parachute to make balls bounce, or "make waves" to teach cooperation and coordination.
Nature Hunt: If outdoors, organize a nature scavenger hunt. Give children a list of items to find, like leaves, sticks, rocks, and flowers. They can work together to collect the items.
Musical Statues: Play music and have the children dance or move around. When the music stops, they must freeze like statues. It's a fun way to teach listening skills and following instructions.
Collaborative Art: Place a large sheet of paper on the floor and provide crayons or markers. Let the children create a mural together, adding their drawings side by side.
Follow the Leader: Have a child be the leader and the others follow their movements and actions. This encourages imitation and cooperation.
Team Balloon Keep-Up: Give each child a balloon and have them work together to keep all the balloons in the air without touching the ground. It's a playful way to teach cooperation.
