I am reading and paying attention to requests, but at this point I am making only what I will/would wear. If the request is something I could add to my wardrobe, I would gladly make a tutorial on it.
I just finished making this, i have only ever crocheted scarfs and blankets and started crocheting only 6 months ago. It was so easy and the fit is perfect, going to wear it with leggings and my new boots ☺

Hi Elena, this is a really nice project and I'm looking forward to getting started. I'd really like to create the stitch that you've made on the waist band half way down which gives some gaps. I think it looks really nice and is a bit of a variation to just the plain double crochet but you don't mention it in the tutorial, could you tell me what it is please, thanks you
If I remember correctly, I did 2 dc, ch 1, sk 1, 2 dc around. Then continued with sc.

Would use a lighter color of yarn. That shade of yarn is very dark and it's hard to see work, you are creating a crochet skirt.

I am crocheting things that I am actually adding to my wardrobe and I love this color. I think the lighting is okay, but if you can't see certain things, you can always rely onto the directions I am giving along.

This didn't work for me. Leaving a 3 stitch gap between shells was too much and made the skirt bunch up. Your DCs seem to be longer than mine. So i did 2 spaces not 3 and thankfully it fitted when i got to the end! I suggest experimenting to make sure, before committing to the length of the waist band, as multiples of 6 instead of 8 for the initial chain may work better.
Then in my next row, i did [DC+Ch1+DC] to make the V; then [Ch1+ SC + Ch2 + SC + Ch1] across top of shell.
It lies flat now and works better for me. This might help others who don't have such loose tension.
I krochet this skirt and it turned out very well. Now I would like to crochet the same jacket with raglan. Could you conduct a master class for such a sweater
