One of the most challenging parts of developing a solid, powerful, consistent one hand backhand, is making sure that you practice correctly.
But practicing can be difficult. You have to book a court, you need a coach (or consistent hitting partner), and you need to hit a lot of balls CORRECTLY.
Otherwise, your technique becomes flawed, and your one hand backhand never gets to where you want it to be.
Fortunately, you can solve this problem... without hitting thousands of tennis balls on court.
What's even better is with the eye coach, your backhand will be improved 300% faster than training on court. Which is good news for your technique!
Watch this video to see how we do it.

Nice Ramon! I really like the rhythm drills. It seems to train muscle memory and build in relaxation at the same time!
Regarding ideal contact point, using the front toe to point towards the contact point seems line a nice rule of thumb. What do you think about that?

If it feels good, it feels right, it feels natural for you... then do it. :)

Great lesson--I tend to get jammed too often on this shot.
