I love your dress ! I love coconut everything. I'm sensitive to caffeine, makes me too anxious but awesome alternative! I love Vietnamese brand coffee , it sucks that it makes me so anxious , I have coffee and coconut agar agar jelly that I want to experiment with too.

I'm currently in Vietnam and althought I usually don't drink coffee I had to taste egg coffee. It was good but really sweet. Then I tried coconut coffee and....oh my god, this is soooo good!! I love it! And I usually don't drink coffee nor do I like coconut that much 😅

cheery Cirelos Where are you from? Normally Asian markets have all Vietnamese spices so you don't need to buy stuff from Vietnam. We use mostly common spices like black pepper, star anise, cinnamon, five spices, curry powder, etc. can be found at any grocery stores or markets.

Hi! How can I replace young coconut? We have canned coconut water here, but there is no coconut flesh except for dry. Or the old coconuts which are not so smooth.

Where do you get young coconut?

9929kingfish I think if you are not living in a tropical country it would be hard to get young coconut. Just get whole coconuts at the grocery store and use the meat inside, it will be a bit harder but the taste is pretty much the same. Make sure to blend it longer though.
