Great message - execution brings value, building plans only bring value when executed, constantly changing plans without completing execution brings disbelief that we are serious about improving and trains our people to just wait this program out. Once the course is determined stay the course, building improvements in those process over time. Marketing hype takes away clarity many times to what the foundation to reliability success is and what it takes.....and always points to the “next” best thing.
@@idcon thanks for the prompt response. PS I think its a brilliant presentation, and you can clearly see that Christer knows his subject matter. Very impressive,
Hello Matt, thanks for the comment. We are looking for ideas on what our UA-cam audience would like, so great to hear. I'm thinking about topics such as: 1. How to implement a PM program. 2. How to implement a work management process, etc I have a few ideas, these programs would be a video series, just can;'t be explained in a short video. What would you be interested in? Also, don't miss the 150 or so articles on www.idcon.com
Yeah, sorry about that, I tried to speak fast, but it is just so much in depth you can get to in 1 hr :). A lot ,ore detail in my book. www.amazon.com/Knocking-Bolts-Christer-Idhammar/dp/0988383063/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=Knocking+bolts&qid=1584043405&sr=8-2
