- Hello guys !
Welcome to another video on Legal Banter.
This video is slightly off track and different from my channel's regular flavour and tone.
In this video discuss the IRAC method of legal analysis and each of the four components / sections in detail with tips that actually work. I Have also discussed two more methods - FIRAC and CRRACC methods of Legal Analysis.
Finally I tie the entire video together using the example of the famous tort case of Donoghue vs. Stevenson.

Ma'am, in sajjan singh v state of Rajasthan. I told the prof the rule was that under article 13(2) law means ordinary law and not constitutional law; and that article 368 allows amendment of Consti. But he said wrong answer 😭. Ma'am then what is the Rule in this case?🙏
Dear Ananyaa the main rule in the Sajjan Singh case would be Art 368 wherein the issue was the extent of power of Parliament to amend the Constitution. The court held that Parliament can evdn amend Fundamental rights.
Or it could also be the Seventh (amendment) Act whose constitutional validity was challenged in this case
Thanks ma'am 🥰
