    Cheers again Anthony, even now with heaps of assignments on the way, in the long run it still saves time watching your videos and applying your expertise. I hope you will get the time someday on how to write a research memorandum! Thanks!

    perfect. love the animation too. is a good pack.thanks. the bit with the matching of the law with the facts presentation is one of the best and perhaps it qualifies for a separate module altogether with 4 -5 cases from different branches of law. great.The University is very lucky to have you.

      Hi there, IRAC is really more of a useful tool once you have your head around all of the materials and facts. Unfortunately sometimes there's just no way around reading and reading and reading ...

    Many thanks for the video! While writing an essay on a problem question, do we need to mention the tiniest match between the rule and a fact (for example, rule: if a person, fact: the manager or company) or should we not waste time and words on these?

    • @AnthsLawSchool
      @AnthsLawSchool  Рік тому +1

      Most of the time you have limited word (in an assignment) or limited time (in an exam) so you really want to focus on the facts that matter; the ones that will help you advise the client, or make your argument. Even in practice, one finds that judges are super busy people, with little patience for methodical plodding. Come to the crux of things :)

    am I the only one who wanted to see the animation done for the employee also, and see the whole thing in court. I wanted to see the employee rat out her boss in court and he loses big time on the customer case and the employee case.

      I still have no idea why this affects some students but not others. I'm sorry it didn't work for you!
