As said earlier last week, I tried this recipe for Easter Sunday dinner for our guests. It came out deliciously yummy; and our guests loved it! Thanks for sharing this recipe, Mahima! I must add here that I did a little modification to the original recipe by adding half an egg as binding agent, and served the fried vada with sriracha sauce after integrating a little bit of mayonnaise to it to reduce spiciness! Thanks always for your wonderful and clear instructions!
