I have been submitting a lot of tickets and I keep getting emails saying that the case is "solved" and that comments are on my panther answer but every time I get on panther answer the individual tickets will have no comments on them. Where am I supposed to be seeing these case comments?

The best way to get information fast, however, is to set appointments with advisors, going to the campuses themselves or do virtual appointments.
