When I try to do it, it's like there's a lot of pressure and I only get a few ''clicks'' or whatever you could call them, does it just get better with practice?
RubikBBX if your getting a few clicks thats good! try relaxing the tounge a little , your close just keep at it and ot will natrualy come, hope it helps

and are your clicks just soft clicks, like not loud and sharp. cause o have the same problem then.

there’s a little indent on the top of my mouth which I place my tongue on so if anyone else has that I recommend keeping your tongue there and letting the air flow in a bit naturally without putting much pressure on the top of your mouth.

shalveen singh in inward click rolls the tongue bends over backwards, it kind of makes a u shape.
With this, the tongue is level.

There's multiple ways of doing the slizzer click roll.
This way is only getting better the more I practice it.
I keep getting click rolls when I try this method... any tips?

Then you will listen kkkkk and the last rim shot will automatically arive with the shape of your mouth

Is the sound made from the tounge flapping on roof of mouth? Or is it something vibrating further back in the throat? Or both?

is it the the tip of your tounge that touches the roof of your mouth or what part blocks exactly blocks the air?
Banthaking when I do it I put my tongue tip on my incisor tooth (you can also put it on the roof right around there). The concept is like a clickroll with the side of your tongue, and then once you get the position, you can adjust the suction/pressure to get the clicks

Hi SidFX Your tutorials are amazing and I think you are an amazing beatboxer. I just have a request for how to roll your Rs. I've been beatboxing over a year, and through practice I've got liprolls, teeth rolls, throat basses, and many more. However, I still cannot roll my tongue, and I really wish that I could. First of all, does rolling your tongue have do with genetics or something? seems like some just naturally are born with it... IF not, please help a dude out by doing a short tutorial :) Thank you!
Hi, I know it's a year later and you may have gotten it already, but somebody else may be scrolling through this comment section wondering the same thing and looking to see if someone already asked it - so here's my answer: I am of the opinion that it's not genetic, and that everyone can learn tongue rolls. I "couldn't do it" for quite a long time, but now I can. My insight is that the more you learn one tongue roll, the more it'll help you to learn the others.
