To be honest, I probably wouldn't. If West starts with 5 hearts and has KQ of spades, then an easily makeable contract goes down, and I know how that makes me feel! I was taught to make my contract, so if I were in 4 nt then I'd do it without hesitation. I really enjoyed your presentation.
One can get a bit "autopilot" and throw away the lowest card when it should be retained - good lesson
Those 4-4 and bigger fits often give us lots of entry opportunities. I guess just becoming aware of them can help break that autopilot habit.
