This is the issue. From the egoic personal perspective "to love" something means to enjoy it.
But here we are speaking about bringing True Love forward to meet our pain and to heal the wounds at the root of our pain.
What does this mean and why would we want to do this? Let's explore...

Maybe a silly question, but is it meant for psychological pain or body pain or both of them? Because if I'm "allowing the symptoms " and observing the symptoms
they are getting worse instead of better...
Listen carefully to the message. Allowing means that the pain gets to encounter the healing nature of love.
Mainly I’m speaking about emotional and psychological pain. But physical pain also is very informative.
We learn from all pain. But we can’t learn from that which we fight or deny or numb or avoid.
Often our physical pain is a manifestation of our emotional pain.
