This is the only game I have played where I sat through the entire credits just listening with an open mouth, such an emotional roller coaster. I loved the first game but this one blew me away.

Beyond Desolation is one of the greatest ending themes of all time. The potency of it, after everything we have been through, everything we have done; the piece depicts the entire game's tone and story, in just under a few minutes. Undeniably, the best credit theme of a video game, period.

I think the Credits are one of the Most important Things in a good Story. Because you can reflect all the Things you've Just experienced. All the emotions, all the good or even Bad Things. You can make your thoughts about what you think about the movie/Game, or whatever.
A pretty good game with a depressing ending…
Depressing start and ending 😓
While the ending definitely looks depressive, the more I think about it, there's a hopeful overtone too. She learned a hard lesson, but she hasn't lost everything and she takes the first steps to returning to a better life.

Genuinely don't understand how people could hate this game. It was so well directed, although I do agree in some parts, the story wasn't the best and THAT scene was very unnecessary, it still holds a big place in my heart. It spreads a beautiful yet sad message, and it's executed in the best way.
i agree, i love the game. personally i didn't like the basic message for 5 year olds that war and revenge is bad, and that i have to play as the antagonist for 10 hours. other than that, i love everything else about the game

@@flynixxx2106 playing as ellie, the whole goal is to get to abby. the whole goal is to kill abby. that's what ellie wants to achieve, to kill abby. because they killed joel. if that doesn't speak antagonist, then idk what does

@@eevee225 I think the point fly is trying to make is that Abby is the antagonist of Ellie's story, but not the antagonist of her own. In her story, Joel and Ellie and Tommy and Dina are the antagonists. That's kinda the point of the switched perspectives, imo.
