@@ryanthomas2622 the games will always be better because there is no restrictions (budget for the different sets they have to create in the series, all the small dialogue during gameplay)
People are seriously comparing a Game with a TV show lol nobody will care for or remember the game once the show is done

It's a very strange feeling that I get while listening to this, it's like I would live in their world and share their stories, and it's incredible how this world seems calm and peaceful even if it's a post apocalyptic world, this game gave me a feeling that I didn't know, and I can't say if it's a good feeling or a bad one, all I know is that I wanna feel it over and over again, and this soundtrack give this feeling to me, that's why I love it

True, it seems like a really peaceful world even though there's death everywhere. You just have to look it from a different perspective, it's really sad how we can't experience that world toghether with Ellie or other people. Naughty Dog did an excellent job in the storytelling. They made us want to get inside of that world. It surely is the best game ever.

Those opening first few chords ... I remember like it was yesterday: I was up late at GameStop to purchase TLOU for PS3 the day it came out. Rushed home and loaded it up. Stared at the menu screen for a few minutes and just watched the wind gently blow the torn and aging drapes. Those chords greeting me to what would be a pulse-pounding experience. Wish more games had this impact!
This game is just perfection at its finest. The soundtracks, story, and characters are so unforgettable and have a really special place in my heart.
Listening to this soundtrack while studying is so calming and relaxing but the memories with the game keep crossing my mind.

i remember i had this ps3 and i was around 12 middle of the summer break decided to try out this game initially was scared of the infected but got so connected to the game i played it each time for every summer break and felt the elli and joel till date i cant forget that experience i had with that game and i cant get over the fact that is a piece of art.

This is actually one of the pieces I taught myself by listening after I finished the game like ten years ago.. it's not super hard but it's minimalist so the difficulty lies in the pauses and subtlety.
I started guitar with this game, I want to learn so much songs of this game bc it's a fricking masterpiece

I need to play this. I’ve seen the show, my mom introduced it to me, it’s beautiful, and from the reviews, it didn’t butcher the adaptation like some do.
Summer of 2013...I just graduated from elementary, the next few months I was about to start junior high school. 12 years old, hot June summer days, most of my friends left on vacation. Having no alternatives I play on gameplay from this brand new game The Last of Us. History absorbs me so much that it doesn't bother me at all to just sit most of the day in my room and watch it. In a week or two I leave on vacation with my grandma to Italy. Life was so good...I wanna go back ;-( There were several things I didn't like in general social mentality in 2013 (mainly because of how smartphones, memes and UA-camrs took over the world), but there was seriously something good in the air regarding movies, music, fashion and video games. 10 years later it isn't really better, it is boring, and Barbie and Oppenheimer movies cannot change that xd
