This is one of the most detailed fps games ive ever seen. I have never seen a single gun game get revolvers right and by god they got them down to a t. Very impressive.
@@mashedpotatoesgaming454 well single vs double action has nothing to do with the loading mechanism. Really depends on if the cylinder is swing out, gate-loaded, or break away
A few inaccuracies: 1: Holding the Modello 1915 with that grip would hurt terribly as the slide would cut right across the user's hand when fired. The same applies to the C96 Carbine used by the tanker and pilot classes. 2: It is impossible for the slide of the Modello 1915 to lock back while there is no magazine in the gun because it has no mechanism to lock the slide back besides a magazine cut out. 3: The action of the C96 magically opens during a partial reload animation. The same applies to the C96 Carbine used by the tanker and pilot classes. 4: The P08 Pistol doesn't drop its magazine in reality, you actually have to pull it out. That way you don't loose any. 5: The single bullet reload for the Russian 1895 is incorrect. You need to place the cartridge in base first then lay it flat. 6: The K-Bullet animation is over complicated for the Lebel Model 1886. The majority of service rifles at the time had magazine cut-offs that would turn bolt-action rifles into single-shot rifles. If you engaged the Lebel's you wouldn't need to go through all of that fiddling with the bolt. 7: How they load K-Bullets into the Gewehr M.95 is impossible because of the en bloc clip and rimmed ammunition it uses. 8: The ejected clip of the Gewehr M.95 during a partial reload is modeled with all 5 rounds. 9: The majority of rifles using stripper clips aren't using them to their full potential. Mauser and Enfield style clips are designed to eject automatically upon closing the action. The only guns that do this are the Selbstlader 1906 and the Type 38 Arisaka.
10: The Fedorov's magazine is very limited due to production constraints, meaning each gun has a unique magazine. 5-round Arisaka clips are used instead to reload the gun (5 clips). 11: The Enfield is rimmed, so loading them as fast as the animation can cause rimlock.
All these inaccuracies are with the base game weapons, maybe devs had less time to work with them than they had with dlc weapons, because they went all out with the animations on some of the dlc weapons.
I'll never forget the fun and pain of trying to get kills with the weapons to see the info on them. @@Nsodnoajdjksl I meant that the Chauchat machine gun was notorious for being unreliable; it was prone to misfires, and because of the window of the magazine, dirt and mud would get in and jam it up. The fact that the gun was fired in this video and didn't jam up was purely a matter of luck.
@@jaredtomlin85 the American version (made by a french too) was the unreliable one because it used a different calibar you should've mentioned that at least
Out of all revolvers in ww1 I got to give it to either America’s sidewinding revolvers or British break open revolver. Both were pretty useful compared to single loading revolvers
My one gripe with the Lebel is that it has a mag disconnect. So the K-Bullet animation should've seen the character engage it. Then single load without using the lever.

A few inaccuracies:
1: Holding the Modello 1915 with that grip would hurt terribly as the slide would cut right across the user's hand when fired.
Ian Babcock don’t forget the 1911 is a model of 1938, 1911 I believe.
10: The Fedorov's magazine is very limited due to production constraints, meaning each gun has a unique magazine. 5-round Arisaka clips are used instead to reload the gun (5 clips).
11: The Enfield is rimmed, so loading them as fast as the animation can cause rimlock.

How can it be that the weapons in bf1 are cooler than in bf5 ....a WW2 shooter?
Vincent Law because,to me, these prototypes are very cool looking considering most of these are first attempts into that genre of firearms.
@@WorkInProgressX And with Madsen. That modern but old looking design.
And that gun is still in use today. Last I heard by Brazilian police.
@@foogoose1439 I'm brazilian and I can confirm that the Madsen LMG is still on use, alongside the M968 Mosquefal bolt action rifle.

37:30 Most unbelievable part: firing the Chauchat, one of history's worst machine guns, without a single jam
How the hell is the worst if it doesn't jam?!
@@jaredtomlin85 the American version (made by a french too) was the unreliable one because it used a different calibar
you should've mentioned that at least
@@fasoooli2751 Ah, thanks for pointing that out.
Only the American M1918 Chauchat was known for being awful, the conversion to .30-06 somehow fucked up the gun entirely
Out of all revolvers in ww1 I got to give it to either America’s sidewinding revolvers or British break open revolver. Both were pretty useful compared to single loading revolvers

The best weapon animations to date without a doubt
My one gripe with the Lebel is that it has a mag disconnect. So the K-Bullet animation should've seen the character engage it. Then single load without using the lever.

The sound echo is amazing
The lebel model 1886 looks like the animation of reloading the Guy jammed the bolt
It's nothing, really. The soldier's just having a bit of bolt trouble.
Oh. Well, 'cause I usually associate animations like that with jamming animations.
antonio rimenez
The Lebel has two bolt positions.
That’s how the weapon works, working the bolt a second time will engage the lifter to lift a cartridge into the path of the bolt.
Because Lebel is the first rifle to use the smokeless rounds. So that’s how the rifle reload that way.
That first kolibri animation is a classic hes just so suprised about how small it is
