Taliban entered Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Sunday night, leaving the whole world in a state of shock. With Afghan President Ashraf Ghani fleeing the country, Taliban took over the government much faster than predicted. Although the takeover of the capital has been largely peaceful, there is a great deal of uncertainty for the future of the people, especially women and girls. And scenes of Afghans trying to hold on to American planes to leave the country only added to the sense of chaos and apprehension. Why has the situation developed so fast? What does the future look like for the country of 39 million people? What are the biggest concerns?
    Guest:
    Javid Ahmad Qaem
    Ambassador of Afghanistan to China

The interview by Chinese reporter was very well done with full respect to the interviewee view, no leading question and forcing view by interviewer. Totally in contrast with interview done by western media.

It is real easy. Chinese reporters/interviewers focus on the subject or concentrate on the issue and not on themselves.
Whereas "western" reporters; specifically the Brits and the American; they become the subject, focus and issues. The center of attention centers on them. Their guest or guests are just props and the issues/subjects to merit a TV show.

Afghanistan is called "Graveyard of empires." It is a proven fact. The British couldn't grip it, the Russia literally was broken into pieces after invasion of Afghanistan, now the US and it's allies had a humiliating defeat. It is astonishing how a poor country without any standing army can crumble the great empire. It is only their uncompromising determination, capability to withstand prolonged hardship, never-ending courage, and perhaps devoted faith. You can call Taliban as cavemen or awkward people misplaced in time, but it is they who earned the victory for Afghan people and become an exemplary to the world ( ua-cam.com/video/B6l5ZuTON9A/v-deo.html ). They have a great role in the fall of US empire, once and for all. If countries (so called developed country) around the world were not sold out to the empire for their so called prosperity, world could be a far better place. What value have all such prosperity if you don't have freedom except illusion.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan Ryan Crocker said Friday that he has "some grave questions" about President Biden's "ability to lead our nation as commander-in-chief" after the Taliban seized control of the country following U.S. troop withdrawal.
"I'm left with some grave questions in my mind about his ability to lead our nation as commander-in-chief," Crocker, who led the U.S. Embassy in Kabul from 2002 to 2003, then again from 2011 to 2012, told The Spokesman-Review.
"To have read this so wrong - or, even worse, to have understood what was likely to happen and not care," he added.
Crocker, who also represented the U.S. in Afghanistan under the Bush administration from 2002 to 2003, said the collapse of Afghan forces amid the U.S. troop withdrawal was the result of "a total lack of coordinated, post-withdrawal planning on our part."
