Please do not hold that against me, I lived in Mooresville, North Carolina for 7 years before I was accepted into the program via Vocational Education & Rehabilitaion from the Veteran's Admiration.       I actually cracked open a package of it last night. I ate half of. Slices great with a sharp knife. Excellent! Dry cured jerky, reminds me of Copa or Jambon de Bayonne. Thx U again.@@biltong_depot

    I will say the cut is a bit too thin. Been making my own Biltong for years here in SA

    I prefer my tong whole and I slice it with a knife. I make venison Tong here in the UK. Your production method looks awesome.

    Love it. Would love a few rusks with my biltong. I lived off this stuff in Joburg. Legit and authentic. I've been ordering since 2021

    I love your droewors product but found the spices a bit mild. Would you consider a more traditional “extra” option for those of us who love the clove and coriander flavor? Huge fan of your work.

      Hey there! Thank you so much for the compliment. Did you try our Crown Droewors? That is the recipe with the classic clove and coriander flavor.
