Double R Restorations true they got the holes where they needed to be I'm a smart ass way too often. 😂 you know how much work it can be first hand from project overkill.
James i wish you would make a little longer videos more in depth showing all the angles.vids are short we get idea but not enough info for hands on.thanks for the vids good job
robert brown I am currently using my iPhone to shoot and edit these videos and deleted a ton of stuff on it I still don't have the storage to make the videos longer. I usually make a video and go to upload it and find out my storage is full so I go back and delete parts and so on... Thanks for commenting on it because I was wondering if it was noticeable.
Did you state you were using a Qtip and thinner to remove the Weld-Thru from the plug holes? That sounds like a good idea as it wouldn't really be needed there. Just wanted to make sure that was your intension. Cool Stuff Jeff!!!!!
I know this is very similar to a 67 Firebird, if not exact, But are there any small differences I may come across? such as braces or brackets? Great video, thanks
@@jamesfreddys Thanks for the response, unfortunately someone did a butcher job on the metal work and covered it with body fill then sprayed metal protect over the entire car on my car before I got her and need to redo and fix a lot. The trunk is the worst of it , better off with a mostly full replacement.
Great Job. That car will be perfect when your finished.
1970chevelle396 thanks for watching

I love Thomy Schuu's tips!!! You're looking good Jeff and the car is looking good too. Great to see you back in the rotation!!!

really nice work JF.. You are doing it the right way. Thanks for the video, It really helps us beginners.
Nice job, enjoying the progress. The videos help keep me motivated to get out in the garage and plug away. - Rich
Rich Olson motivation would be the biggest reason for sharing in the build because all of you motivate me to continue on and do better work.
Always a pleasure watching you work. Got plenty of that Harbor Freight stuff too...don't have to baby it, for sure :-)
She'll be better than brand new when she's done Jim.

EdOfTheNorth and hopefully ready for more service it'll be nice seeing it back on the streets.
Lots of work for sure! Thank you for making these Jeff, always learning something from your videos
Looking good. Made nice job of those frame rails.
Andrew Wilson I missed removing the galvanizing in a couple of spots which made them tough to weld but I'm glad the rails were reusable.
Lookin good Jeff, a lot of work for sure.
Nice job. Going to be a sweet ride.
indyme2 thanks for watching and commenting.

James Freddie. What ever happened to the dodge dart and the nova project
What welding wire size do u use? .030?
Did you state you were using a Qtip and thinner to remove the Weld-Thru from the plug holes? That sounds like a good idea as it wouldn't really be needed there. Just wanted to make sure that was your intension. Cool Stuff Jeff!!!!!
UCanDoIt2 yeah Q-tip and thinner but a small flat blade screwdriver works good if you just want to scratch it off.
I know this is very similar to a 67 Firebird, if not exact, But are there any small differences I may come across? such as braces or brackets? Great video, thanks
If you don’t have to put the full pan in don’t section in the rusty section. No differences I know of between Camaro vs Firebird.

You may need to calibrate those precision calipers after dropped. lol Nice work.
Sam's Garage I was going to try and get them warrantied because they seem a little off now. 😂
Nice stuff!
Hey jeff how much would that cost and where are y’all located
James Freddie. What ever happened to the dodge dart and the nova project
bougi66 I burned out on my Dart and sold it and the Nova belongs to my friend and it's at his place.
jamesfreddys I was hoping to see the finish product of the dart. It looked like it was going to be one bad ass ride
