- Rob with DIY Dad Workshop is here to take us through the process of building this custom wood caddy. In the first part of the video Rob gives us a step-by-step tutorial on exactly how to build a six pack beer bottle caddy, and then I show how to wood burn a design onto it using Torch Paste. With the dimensions provided you should be able to make this caddy out of a 44"x5.75" piece of wood (excluded bottom and handle - Rob used scrap wood for those pieces)

2:54 - Cutting 44" board into sides, front & back pieces
4:00 - Assemble sides, front & back with wood glue and a pin nailer
5:00 - Cut pieces for bottom

7:00 - Seal with linseed oil and spray shellac
8:25 - Add bottle opener
