My love of trailer compilations started with my grandma buying me those dinosaur trailer tapes (giant gila monster, loch ness horror, giant behemoth), then the slasher wave hit in the 80s, she told me about her memories of the drive in, blaxploitation, the nasties, the impact of those films, we would go to the video store and pick out dozens of tapes. Cheese and sleaze, she showed me the way, I aint looked back since 🍻
Great collection! Much bigger than mine. Love these sets. I should get more of them! I own Electric Boogaloo, Not Quite Hollywood, first 3 uk grindhouse trailer classics releases, the 5 Umbrella Blu-rays and I think I own one or two very old region 1 '42nd Street' releases. Discovered and re-discovered some great movies by watching these discs.
You should! Most if not all in my collection has had multiple viewings over the years. Never get tired of them. Although now, I'm just waiting for the 90's trailer compilations to come out! we're due.
@@GrindhouseFunhouse Indeed! I would like to see a 90's compilation disc with trailers of all those direct to video releases of cheaply produced US martial arts movies. That would be a riot!
Love your movie trailer compilations collection, man. And are the trailers from the Drive-In Delirium Vol 1, 2 & 3 are in the 5 Drive-In Delirium blu-rays?
@Grindhouse Funhouse I think I'm gonna get all 6 of the Drive-In Delirium Blu-Rays. And did you get the Drive-In Delirium Vol.6 a.k.a. The Final Conflict Blu-Ray?
That was the fastest 35m I ever spent on the UA-cams. ;) I can't believe that went by so fast... you wouldn't think you would need 30+ minutes to discuss trailer releases, but you do! Nice job. The only thing I would add is I have (the admittedly silly) Mad Ron's Previews from Hell. It's a little goofy, but if you like old-time movie hosts, it's a fun watch--and it was my first trailer dvd, so I have a nostalgic appreciation for it. :)
A high compliment indeed. 😄 I'll have to check that Mad Ron's compilation. I will be reviewing the last Drive In Delirium release that came out a few weeks a back. Come back to check it out if you feel so inclined. 👍
@@GrindhouseFunhouse I just watched your review for Walking the Edge. I bought Alleluia instead, but I'll try to pick up a copy of Walking the Edge hopefully before they sell out
@@GrindhouseFunhouse There's a guy on Ebay who goes by "drive-infilm" that sells a bunch of discs. Most of them are only SD but a couple of the Blu-Rays he sells are actual HD film scans. Also check out the "FT Depot" UA-cam channel.
Thanks. Yeah these kinds of releases you have to buy from the jump otherwise you’re screwed down the line in paying these crazy Ebay prices. If you don’t have the Drive-In Deliriums in your collection get on those. Best of the best. 👍
My favorite movie trailer is for Craig Denney's 1976 movie The Astrologer about circus con man Craig Marcus Alexander who wants to be the world's best sidereal astrologer. It's my favorite movie. The movie was on youtube back in march till paramount pictures had it taken down for copyright because of moody blues songs. The trailer is on youtube.

@@nospam3327 Definitely a fun early 80s revenge movie to get your hands on. 👍
I recommend getting the rest of the Trailer Trauma Blu-ray’s.
I read there’s a new volume in the works. I’ll get my hands on it. 👍
@@GrindhouseFunhouse Nice. I recommend getting volumes 1-5 if you haven’t already.
Fantastic collection. There are also various compilations (mostly bootlegs) of drive-in intermission films that are worth picking up.
Thank you. 😊 Got any you wanna recommend? I have a full folder of them I actually want to do something with them at some point.

Drive in Delirium recently released a final Blu ray volume titled The Final Conflict

LOL Then I humbly apologize to you sir.
