Just bought the B1 today and after he ask me, if i want to install a PIN he worked for nearly 1,5 hour. Now, 2nd try and i am still waiting 50 Min. and the installer ist working.

enter the bios menu and do the process again from the beginning. if it has a reset button, press it. if the problem persists, refund.

@@SilenceUnboxing thx for anwsering but i know what the problem was. The little pop-up-window, where you type the pin, was hidden outside the mainscreen. I tried ALT+TAB and saw that window. I only could active close that window by clicking X. I had to ALT+TAB several times till the cursor was blinking in the first area to type in the pin. Then i typed in blind, because that little window dissapeared, my pin --> tab --> pin again --> enter. After that there was no problem to install the rest.
But i sent it back and bought a better mini pc with 8gb etc. Now all is fine.
