[Edit: looking closer, I think you are in a different version than I am. I'm in 1.5 and think there is something going on with the Plastic Tool and having to Create Mesh before a Skeleton???] As of 19:20 nothing seems to work - I got different parts to rig up and rotate, etc. and parented the right way, but there is no skeleton that magically appears and no free control over anything. Please help. Thank you so much. I did learn a lot up until that point and I really appreciate it, don't misunderstand. Thank you.

You are welcome. I was using OpenToonz 1.4 at the time.

@@Taikenzor - So, can you only build a skeleton over mesh now, with 1.5, or am I doing something wrong? Am I using the wrong type of Levels (layers)? Thanks, any help is appreciated.

@@Brian_Grant It shouldn't matter the type of levels you use. Check to make sure that you switched from "Build Skeleton" Mode to "Animate" with the skeleton tool.

@@Brian_Grant Also, the Plastic Tool is another way of rigging a character. I was using the Skeleton Tool.

@@Taikenzor - That's it - I found the Skeleton Tool! In my version 1.5, though, the icon for the Skeleton Tool looks like a Bone, but I don't see that in yours. Thank you...I feel silly, but it's a learning process.

Me too. It may have been an accidental deletion at the time.
