I will answer your question 1st yes there are 2 module/group Group 1 4 subject Company law Accounts& financial management Jigl Sbill Group 2 Taxation Cmsl Ecipl There will be 2 dates of exam First June Second December You can choose in which you want to appear group 1 or group 2 or both group if you choose both group and you clear you will have chance to score all India rank but when you choose doing separately there is no rank For passing exam You have to get 40% in each subject and aggregate 50% Means in every subject you have to score 40/100 there is no quata means no sc/st/obc And if you score 60+ marks in any paper you will get exemption that you don't have to give again that paper

Executive old syllabus ka last attempt dec 24 h And professional old syllabus ka last attempt June 25 h but jo 1 aug 24 k baad professional m registration lega usko automatically new syllabus milega professional ka na ki old I hope this helps u 😊
