Absolutely love Steve Earle as a songwriter, probably my favourite ever to be fair but the few times I've met him and from what I've also read, he seems like a difficult man to get on with. 7 marriages also suggests that! 'Don't ever meet your idol' is what they say. As long as he keeps the music going, thats all I care about and the new album "So You Wanna be an Outlaw" is brilliant!
Yeah, I can’t imagine a woman putting up with him, dealing with him day in, day out. 7 marriages? I knew there a fair number of them, but 7 is like LIz Taylor territory.
